Atostogu Parkas Hotel

We lived in a one-story villa. We also booked pools for 3 hours and breakfast. The pools are fun and hot. The villa has a lot of space, we lived with three adults. The environment was quiet. warm water was. the villa had a kettle, fridge, fireplace, terrace with chairs, umbrella, barbecue. Breakfast is delicious, great selection.

Good Spa Hotel with excellent Pool facilities. Buffet option had good choices & quality but lunch & dinner times were quite restrictive due to 1 hour time slot. Unfortunately our stay was disturbed during the first couple of days due to noisy construction work however the staff in particular Raymonda, Simona & & Amber went to extra lengths to make our stay very enjoyable and we appreciated their attentiveness.

Spa and swimming pool zone was nice. We rented villa and stayed there with family, I don’t recommend for people who want to have more fun because at 11pm you have to be quiet. Those houses are not private it’s not for one family it’s two apartments so you don’t get so much privacy and you need to be very quiet because walls are so thin. We had trouble to get food at evening because information about closing time was left for us wrong. Bathrooms has a very bad smell. We vent for breakfast and outside was so dark no any light. Breakfast was not so good if you are vegan or you have lactose or gluten allergies you have trouble to find something to eat. Staff members is not so helpful and they are very rude!!! I’m glad we stayed just one night. Never again!!!

I do not recommend it for a quiet vacation with family and children. It turns out that some clients are more important than others for this institution. There is a concert going on outside, we are on that side with a small child and we are laid down. I called the Registratura twice and asked them to do something, of course they assured me that they would fix it right away. But the loud music continued. 11:45 p.m., some are celebrating, others are surrounding the child, we don't have a holiday in the holiday park tonight. Conclusion - I do not recommend it!

First of all we made a reservation in December, but because of the information regarding Covid 19 restrictions in Latvia and Lithania was changing each day, unfortunately we coudn't go. Few days before arrival the girl from the reception called us and started to teach us in a rude way why we didn't cancel the reservation and that this is unaccebtable and then she said that she will cancel the voucher. But then, because I asked kindly to keep the voucher, she somehow agreed. Afterall I gave my voucher to my sister, because we were not planing to go and she made a reservation with the guy in the reception. The voucher is for two people, but because they wanted to take their daughter with hem, the guy in the reception said that it will be extra cost 44€ for two nights. And just to confirm once again, before arrival, my sister called again. So the girl in te reception, who was working on 23d of February, she said that it will be extra cost 38€ for child, for each night. So it means that if my sister wouldn't call, then it would be a very nice surprise on the arrival. And the girl in the reception, again in the rude way agreed, that prices are changing, even though the reservation is already made??????????? P.s. I also worked in Tourism and Hospitality, and I stronglly can say that this is not a kind attitude thowards guests!!! My kind recommendation for the Reception Manager, to control the reception work, because it is completlly unprofesional! I would't recommend this hotel and not eather my sister!
