"Spent two nights here during the weekend. Overall good experience, however there are a few details that made the price to quality ratio questionable. First of all, bad sound isolation - if somebody is staying in a room next to you, you’ll hear everything. The water in the shower was not going down the drain properly, therefore you had to regularly turn the water off while showering in order to not flood the bathroom. Also, the bedding is not hypoallergenic - filled with feathers, which triggered my allergies that I didn’t even know I had. So beware if you’re allergic. Breakfast choices are quite limited, especially if you don’t eat meat. Also, an extra of 30€ per night for parking sounds quite ridiculous considering the price you pay for the stay. The location is great, the design and interior is very stylish and unique. SPA area is nice, however a little weirdly organised. To sum up, not a bad experience, however nothing special and quite a few disappointments for the price paid. Probably would look for a different place next time."

"Far from a 5-star hotel. The reception is very small, but the employees are pleasant and helpful. A very uncomfortable room, although it is large enough and of good quality, but it is strangely planned. A very poor bed, next to which a "kitchen area" has been made, where you can only find a kettle, a poorly functioning refrigerator and a kitchen sink. One short blanket, my legs were sticking out, even though I'm not very tall :) There is no air conditioner in the room. I suspect you bought 5 stars? :) Like the whole hotel, it is not cozy. There is only one entrance, all others are locked. Dogs bark until dawn, as at breakfast, dogs walk around the tables. It is unacceptable for me. Breakfast is just normal. Having eggs benedict doesn't make breakfast perfect, unfortunately. The selection is extremely small. The food is served in a strange area, like in the corner of the conference hall.. Good location, near the sea, free parking both near the hotel and in the underground parking lot. Designer carpets and bright colors and lights do not earn the hotel 5 stars, unfortunately. It wasn't bad, but I doubt we'll be back. Expectations were definitely higher."

"My flight landed after midnight and the receptionist waited for me to come (of course I let them know). Good location at a quite place near a large beautiful park and a 3-minute walk to the nearest beach. Very good breakfast with lots of choices, only one kind of coffee but I liked it. You can reach the town centre in 10 minutes on foot. No fan or A/C in the room, on a hot day a bit of a problem. Breakfast was splendid but you can get it quite late in the morning - from 9 to 11 o´clock, so not much suitable for early morning departures to neighbouring villages and sights. There were some people sitting in the patio chatting loudly, laughing and even singing until 2 a.m. one day - of course this is not the hotel´s fault, just warning you can meet such people there."

"Ruined Christmas. Everything started with the check-in process. When booking the room, we called the reception to make a reservation, and problems already began at that stage, ruining our mood before we even arrived. The receptionist did not want to apply the discount code we had and claimed there were no rooms available. After a long discussion, we finally reached an agreement, but it felt as if we were made to feel guilty for the whole situation. Upon arrival, we were not allowed to enter the parking area, even though the system showed that there were 3 free spaces. When we called reception, the response was simply: “I can’t help you, leave the car somewhere on the street.” The food in the water park was terrible — fries, pizza, and similar options only. What is a physically active or health-conscious person supposed to eat? A complete disaster. The jacuzzi works for only a couple of minutes and then you have to search for the button to turn it on again. The same applies to all water attractions. There was absolutely no festive atmosphere. Upon arrival, the staff were unfriendly and the general mood of the employees was gloomy. A man working at reception did not even know the restaurant’s opening hours and sent us there while it was closed. The room had no iron and no coffee, even though there was a kettle. The TV was extremely small — about the size of a book. The lamp was bigger than the TV. Breakfast was poor, with terrible coffee, and you even have to clear your own plates like in the old days. Terrible experience. This hotel deserves no more than 2 stars."
