"Liked · Perfect location close to main street, bike rental 10 euro a day, room was clean. Disliked · Room was small it had a door to neighbours room, so we could hear everything (passionate couple next door). Shower door did not open fully, you had to enter it sideways. Airport pick up request was ignored by hotel, so we took local bus No 3 from Palanga airport. Receptionist seems to be too tired to do her job and be nice at the same time."

"The hotel by itself is very good it’s just small details like the bathroom not having a place to hold any hair products, the doors in the bathroom were IMPOSSIBLE to lock and the shampoo and conditioner were terrible, also the quality of them. The hotel should consider doing some gym classes or something like that, because there aren’t a lot of things to do inside of the hotel during the cold seasons"

"I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days which were supposedly very busy for the hotel (lots of people). Some experiences that stood out: 1. Food (all you can eat) is really great, as I'm on a plant-based diet I always had things to eat, it was well prepared, lots of choices and it had a lot of changes day to day, meal to meal. Everything was cleaned up, replaced fast. I was very pleased with it. However, if you decide to purchase breakfast/ lunch/ dinner/lunch all you can eat separately it's pretty expensive. (15,18,20eur at the data of writing this review.) 2. Restaurant at 8th floor is way too overpriced for what you get. But has a great view. 3. Cryotherapy, sensory deprivation tank wasn't working / I couldn't book it. A bit disappointing 4. The bicycles the hotel offers to rent weren't of the best quality but did the job for the price (5 eur / hour), also when it was time to return them we couldn't find an empty spot where to lock them in as people would lock their own bikes to the stands while we were gone. We had to find where to squeeze them in, we did find a spot but it's just a slight annoyance. You can also rent scooters (10eur / hour). We didn't rent but they seemed to be newish. 5. There was construction happening outside but it didn't really affect me all that much (But we stayed Friday - Monday and Monday was national day off) 6. Gym equipment is great, was almost always empty. 7. The pools when I visited (during a rainy day at around ~5 PM) were full and you couldn't really use them. The other pool was locked because there was a an exercise session going on so the other one was really packed full. Saunas were okay, there weren't too many people. 8. Some of the staff of some procedures can't speak Lithuanian at all or can speak only a limited amount. For me personally it wasn't a big deal because most of these procedures you didn't need to do much talking( in mud procedures or baths) , but still a minor annoyance although I completely emphasize and am not complaining that much. 9. Had to wait for an hour for our room to get ready when we arrived at around 2 PM. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind. 10. I really enjoyed the massages. 11. Although it was a busy period for the hotel, we could always find where to park after going out to town, which is nice. Other than that everything was great. Very decent, modern, clean room, great view, great location,close to the beach, fast internet, has AC, the hotel itself has a very modern feel to it. You get free mineral water on the first floor (even though I didn't like it that much). There are 3 restaurants in the hotel itself, has voleyball court, some hammocks outside, Staff helpful, professional I had a great visit."

"Wonderful hotel – restaurant food is amazing, rooms are cosy and super comfortable (beds perfect – sheetings, matresses and etc.), breakfast wonderful and plenty of choises (many berries, fruits, meals and etc). The hotel pays attention to every detail – prepartion for the evening (chocolates, uncovering beds, preparing towels for the feet on the floor), attention to the little child and much more details). To sum up its a perfect place for everybody to satisfy anybody needs. 10/10."

"I was quite disappointed with the SPA experience at Atostogų Parkas, especially considering that I paid €124 for a treatment. The slippers provided were clearly worn and not in acceptable condition. They looked used and dirty, which is not what I would expect from a SPA that positions itself as a premium wellness destination. The bathrobe was clean, but it was obvious that it had been in use for a very long time and was showing significant signs of wear. The treatment itself was pleasant, but the treatment rooms also seemed dated and somewhat worn out. They could benefit from refurbishment to create a more relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. What disappointed me most was the lack of a proper relaxation area after the treatment. There is no dedicated space where guests can quietly recover, enjoy a cup of tea, take a shower, and get dressed at their own pace. Instead, after the treatment, you are expected to leave the treatment room immediately and go straight to a changing cubicle located right next to the reception area. The atmosphere there was far from relaxing, with children running around and shouting nearby. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of comfort, cleanliness, and overall SPA experience. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the premium price tag."

"My flight landed after midnight and the receptionist waited for me to come (of course I let them know). Good location at a quite place near a large beautiful park and a 3-minute walk to the nearest beach. Very good breakfast with lots of choices, only one kind of coffee but I liked it. You can reach the town centre in 10 minutes on foot. No fan or A/C in the room, on a hot day a bit of a problem. Breakfast was splendid but you can get it quite late in the morning - from 9 to 11 o´clock, so not much suitable for early morning departures to neighbouring villages and sights. There were some people sitting in the patio chatting loudly, laughing and even singing until 2 a.m. one day - of course this is not the hotel´s fault, just warning you can meet such people there."

"Visiting with a group of friends for a weekend trip in Palanga. We enjoyed great, rich breakfast, spa, staff! Renewed hotel! Will be planing to come back in august with family and friends for a few days."
