"ATTENTION, PARENTS!!! At this hotel, an adult man can enter your room at any moment without permission, supposedly just to check that everything is okay. Our 12-year-old daughter was in the room changing clothes when he entered, and she was absolutely terrified. The hotel management did not even apologize, saying that this is considered normal, because this was their worker. Also we found peace of broken glass in breakfast food. And also no appologies...... thats also normal.... A very unpleasant and disturbing experience."

"Our room smelt so bad, like rotten eggs or sour milk. It was not clean. The bathroom was so cramped and also smelt so bad, when using the toilet your head is in the sink. There is no Aircon, but a fan is provided, which we had running through the night. We were awoken in the night due to a smoke alarm ringing from one of the buildings of the hotel. The shower ran hot and cold, which is a big problem. As we were almost scalded by the sudden release of hot water. Parking is 10 euro per day, no signs for entry and is a bit confusing. Due to the uncleanliness of the room, we opted to get breakfast elsewhere. "

"This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. It is already our fourth year spending Christmas Eve and Christmas Day here. However, this year we were not very satisfied. The room was not in the main building. It was close to the main building, but a very 'economy' option. The room has no soundproofing, it is small with low ceilings, dark, and one of the ceiling lights was not working. Admittedly, they replaced a burnt-out bulb by the bed very quickly. They did not take out the trash, the towels were not changed (we stayed for 3 nights), and the shelf in the shower cabin has clearly been broken for a long time and remains unrepaired. The food is good, just as it was before. However, the biggest disappointment was the change in staff. Practically none of the employees who made us happy to return to this hotel are left. It is very sad. Because there are so many new people, both the service and the communication in general are at a very low level compared to what it used to be."
