Very nice and clean hotel, close to the Duomo and well located. Yesterday upon arrival I asked if the room with a garden view was available and they said yes. I went up to my room and had a street view, I complained about what happened, they apologized and changed my room. Too bad I had a wall in front of the window and I could see all the air conditioning pipes and there was no trace of the garden... I never complained again, but I was certainly not happy with what happened.

Hotel is run down. There are places to walk to nearby but lots of trash in the street and graffiti. Service was good and staff was friendly. I tried to use the gym but was told except for treadmills, it was private and I could not use it.

Just average for a 4 star. There were no disposable courtesy slippers in the room and we requested them. It's a shame that instead of 2 pairs they only left one pair (they probably cost too much in Palermo). The breakfast buffet is just sufficient, in the meantime you can sit for up to an hour but no one asks you if you would like an espresso or something else. I forgot we were guests with a Smartbox

I stayed at this hotel for one week in October 2023. This was my first time in Sicily and my first time in Palermo. I had a very memorable experience indeed! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They are also very spacious! The hotel is also located in an excellent location close to the Mercato Ballaro and it's just right around the corner from Piazza Politeama. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of going to Palermo!
