"We have just returned from a stay at Villa Masetta which was absolutely outstanding! Mondello is a busy, bustling, hectic seaside resort and Villa Masetta provides an oasis of calm and tranquility. Stylishly decorated with very comfortable rooms the hotel is the definition of chic and elegance. Delicious breakfasts and lunches served in beautiful surroundings by wonderful staff. Fabulous pool with plenty of seating both in the sun and also in the shade. The family who run the business could not be more welcoming and courteous and are very helpful in arranging reservations, transfers or tours which we are all of excellent quality. If you look up outstanding customer service in the dictionary it would show their picture. What a wonderful relaxing experience and worth every penny. I would never stay anywhere else in Mondello and cannot recommend this place highly enough."
