"The room/bed/elevator/parking was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish). The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese)."

"The hotel has a good layout but is very dated, especially the rooms, which are in dire need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms. The air conditioning fan was extremely noisy. The bathroom light takes at least 10 seconds to switch on after pressing the button, and there's also a lack of ventilation in the bathrooms. On the positive side, it boasts a panoramic pool on the fourteenth floor, which is a consistent 2 meters deep. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were kind and professional. The property has great potential if it were to be renovated."

"The hotel was neat and clean that staffs helped clean the bathroom and bed every day, we had an incredible stay in 4 nights. However, they didn’t offer kettle for boiling hot water, and their reason was that we had booked a standard room and hence no kettles were provided. If we needed hot water, we could only get it from the bar which closed at 22:30, meaning that if we got back to the hotel later than 22:30, there’d be no hot water for the whole night. For those who might want cup noodles for supper, you better do it before 22:30 :) For the location, it was quite far away from the city centre, there was bus stop right next to hotel, but the bus never came… we had waited for at least 30 minutes but still couldn’t see our bus coming. The faster way is to ride scooters. If you’re heading to pier / airport / train station carrying large luggage, you better ask the staffs to call taxi for you, which cost about €15 from hotel to Palermo Centrale station."

"The hotel is about 1 km away from the core attractions, which is more convenient. It is a little far from the train station 2.4. The hotel is located on the third floor with an elevator. The room is spacious, with balcony, public bathroom, clean and hygienic, the hotel is generally satisfied, but there are 3 points I personally feel that I need to improve. First, the mattress is too soft, and I have a sore back and back, which is very uncomfortable. Second, the hotel has no front desk, and check-in needs to be accompanied by the owner's time, which is inconvenient. Third, the hotel requires an extra charge for checking out at 11 o'clock, and it is the only hotel I have encountered in Spain that charges extra baggage fees for customers who check out on the same day, which is not considerate enough for residents."

"Very good location, very close to the square and the Grand Theatre. The nearby Trattoria Carpaccio restaurant is particularly delicious. The overall impression is good. Valet parking is available and the parking fee is 23 euros per day. It is still highly recommended."

"The rooms are big but very old. Even the sockets are old and it wasn't easy to find a spot to charge the phone. The rooms are clean but except for some shampoo the hotel doesn't provide anything. The wifi is also bad, but it's very close to everything we wanted to see."
