The only advantage of this hotel is its location and the relatively decent price.
But the rest is a disaster: the welcome at the reception which does not inform you of everything, especially the breakfast which ends at 9.30 a.m. on a Sunday (very unpleasant surprise of having paid and not consuming), the corridors everywhere, the noises of neighbors in the room (very family-friendly), the lack of politeness and attention from employees, and finally rooms with lots of hair and crumbs and tired rooms that smell.
I will not set foot here again, the experience is so disappointing, the reception unprofessional.

Esperienza bellissima🤩🤩🤩 Vi Consiglio vivamente di andarci. Pulizia,ordine,spazi,e stanze belle. bagno con doccia e vasca,con I led in doccia,molto pulito e ordinato. Stanze grandi e spaziose,pulite e minimal. Tutto perfetto,non riesco a trovare difetti. Collocato in una parte molto funzionale di Palermo,molto tranquillo. Vi Consiglio vivamente di andare per un'esperienza sensazionale.

Personale cordiale ed efficente,ottima posizione.
Unica pecca è stara ritrovarsi con un letto matrimoniale unito da sue singoli con ovviamente la scomodità nel mezzo.
Per il resto ottima posizione, buona colazione anche se a mio avviso andrebbe lasciata disponibile fino alle 10:30 come succede in altri hotel.

Ottima posizione, vicino al teatro Massimo. Hotel un po' datato ma che offre tutti i servizi essenziali. Cortesia del personale. Disponibilità di posto auto in garage. Colazione piuttosto varia. Non esiterei a tornarci. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
