BBéatriceVery well located with bus stop nearby but think to clarify that it is in a residence, with a porter because there is no indication with the name of the hostel in front of the portal.

The luxury women's bedroom would be perfect if the beds had cortinas for more intimacy and hands washing in the bathroom.

Yy u nVery clean. The room also has a small balcony. The only ”disadvantage” is that the location is a bit far from the historical center. It takes 20 minutes to walk there.
The closest train station to the hotel is Palermo lolli, where you can take the train to the airport or Palermo Centrale.

MMax LyLocation surrounding is crap. I went by navigator with a suitcase from central railway station about 15 min because the roads are not for suitcases, cracked pavement everywhere. It’s better to take a car or tram 1 for 2 stops from railway. It’s really apartment in a crap residential building. 3rd floor (like 4tth) without a lift with narrow stairs with no lighting in the evening. You don’t see where insert 3 keys in locks (3doors to enter). My room faced the noisy busy road. There 2 rooms inside, looks nice, no microwave, but clean. Area looks dangerous in the evening. Owner lady is nice and helpful. She tries to do her best!

GGuest UserThe service after the simple stay is actually not bad: but if you are doing the evening shift and arriving, in fact, the dressing room is very painful, because after 12 o'clock, even if you tell them early, they will not wait for you. You have to find a way to contact people. Or through your travel agency, this is happening to me! Room service parts take three days to change your sheets or something

Ttbp01The hotel is not far from the train station, only a ten-minute walk. The most lively street is at the door, and the main attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel is in an old building, and there is only a small sign at the door, so you have to look for it carefully. The hotel is not on duty 24 hours a day, so please contact us via email in advance. But the hotel is large inside, clean and tidy, the room is relatively spacious, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is also good.

TthompsonangelaLady on the desk was very nice although we were charged $24 Aud per night extra for a cleaning fee that was not disclosed when we booked. We had no idea why we were charged this fee upon arrival. They should be more transparent with the costs. Although we paid for breakfast it was not available as the cafe they used was closed for the holidays & we were not offered any alternative so more money wasted.

it was resolved well,
and everything was good except for the transportation.
But the sound of the door closing was so loud that I was startled several times.
