GGuest UserThe room is spacious enough. The room was cleaned very well. The breakfast was good. The following are the shortcomings: First, the curtains cannot be drawn at all. Every time, the technician has to move a large ladder to manually close the curtains. Second, the shower head on the top of the bathroom has too little water and the temperature is too low. I dare not wash my hair for fear of catching a cold. Third, and the most important one! Don't stay in room 106! Less than one meter outside the window is the eaves on one side, blocking half of the view, and the eaves are wrapped in iron sheets. When it rains, the raindrops make a huge sound and it is impossible to fall asleep! I stayed for three nights and it rained for three nights... So when you come to Palermo during the rainy season at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, don't stay in room 106. When we placed the order, we asked for a high floor and a quiet room in advance, but the front desk guy gave us this room when we checked in. As a front desk, the professional requirement should be to know all kinds of rooms well; if we are allowed to stay in this room under the condition of understanding and the occupancy rate is not high, the motive can't help but make people suspicious.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful for three stars. It is on foot from the beach in the resort area of Montello. Without extra charge, you can use the gym, rent bikes, get beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, even after you are evicted from the room. The suitcases can be left at the reception and go to the beach. Back and able to take a shower in the shower, towels were also provided. Beverages and snacks in the rooms are free. Rooms are clean and clean, room and bathroom are spacious. There is an air conditioner. Breakfast was also good. Stayed delighted with the hotel.

GGuest UserI loved this beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of old Palermo. Located just a few minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and wonderful outdoor markets, the hotel felt like a luxurious oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Highlights for me were the attention to detail in the rooms and the delicious buffet breakfast served in the beautiful and tranquil courtyard. I cannot wait to go back.

YYongzhiVery nice and decent hotel. It is located exactly at the center of Palermo ancient city. It is very convenient to walk to all main sightseeing sites and the central train station. The room I stay is 339, and it has a very nice balcony. Will defiantly come back.

MMarco AnzaloneLa struttura è pulitissima, ben organizzata e curata, con la zona piscine e vasca Jacuzzi che è veramente un gioiellino con una vista mozzafiato su Palermo. Stanza ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. Servizio professionale e sempre attento al dettaglio. Il ristorante è di ottima qualità e varietà di scelta. Potrebbero secondo me sfruttare la zona piscina anche la sera, visto il tanto spazio e la presenza del chiosco bar, con della musica da sottofondo, e luci soffuse per un bel aperitivo o cocktail bordo piscina con vista panoramica. Creare una situazione tranquilla, rilassante, dove poter interagire con gli altri ospiti, semplice ma efficace. La posizione infatti, un poco fuori mano ti obbliga la sera a prendere l'auto o una navetta e andare a Palermo. Un consiglio, il ristorante è un po' caro, soprattutto in rapporto alla quantità delle porzioni, anche se la qualità è alta. La pizza è nella media generale. Potrebbe invogliare più ospiti a restare a cena, anche se poi devi creare qualcosa, come detto prima, per far vivere la bella struttura anche nelle ore serali. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, dopo il check out delle 11, sei obbligato ad andare via. La maggior parte delle strutture invece, ti consente di restare un'altra mezza giornata in piscina, dove tra l'altro è facile prendere delle consumazioni al bar. Questa cosa va migliorata secondo me. Volevo restare fino alle 14, per godere un'altra ora della Jacuzzi, ma nonostante ho chiesto varie volte, la cosa mi è stata negata e non insistendo, sono andato via. Tornerò sicuramente, perché mi sono trovato veramente bene. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda le mie considerazioni, non come critiche, ma come consigli. Per il resto tutto veramente ottimo

The only thing that saved this room was the view of the sea. But it was also darkened by the fact that we lived on the 2nd floor and the roof of the restaurant partially overlaped the review. It was necessary to walk about 1 km to the beach. But the views and nature of the hotel are really beautiful! Waves breaking about stones, flowers, mountains. Water color 😍 It is necessary to say that the room was not cheap at all. We paid $224 a night. While, for example, in Finland or Poland, we lived in rooms for $100, which were much better than that. Also, because we lived on the 2nd floor and the roof of the restaurant blocked us the view of the sea, so every evening, When people came to the restaurant for dinner, we were forced to listen to this gallege, noise for 3 hours. The only thing that was good at this hotel was its staff. Always very kind and smiling. They brought us to the room the tug as soon as I asked. At the end of the stay we were ordered a taxi and printed tickets for the plane. However, at the beginning, before our arrival, there was a strange situation on the respiratory. Somehow at 11 a.m. the manager took our passports and said he would give them only at 8 p.m. Why does he have our passports for such a long time? Usually they are just copied and returned immediately. I wanted to rumor already. But when I offered him the copies I made in advance, he returned our passports.
Breakfasts were delicious, the Swedish table.
The water temperature in the shower changed on its own. It was never possible to be sure it would be constantly warm. It became cold, hot on its own. It is not convenient to wash.
Renovation, carpets, furniture - almost everything in this hotel is old.
Good were only staff and sea view. Thank you to staff for the warm reception! They are not guilty that the hotel needs renovation.
