Ottima soluzione per l'accesso a Palermo. Posizione strategica, non in pieno centro ma a pochi passi dal centro. Struttura ben curata, accogliente e con tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno d'affari o di vacanza. Colazione in veranda al quarto piano con vista top e con una buona offerta di prodotti. Da consigliare e ci tornerei se dovessi ritornare a Palermo.

The good: This hotel was in a good location and the staff was helpful and polite. The decorations were very nice. I rented a bicycle - 15 euro.
The bad: The temperature of the room was hot - all day and all night. The air conditioning did not work. I was up just about all night for the two nights I spent at the hotel.

First, Eugene at the front desk is awesome. Truly outstanding job and very much appreciated all his help. On the other hand, the Hotel feels older and underappreciated. Honestly, it feels like it was a Covid victim (i.e. loss of business travelers) and has not been able to recover. Very, very limited staff. The rooms are fine, but there are some challenges due to a lack of recent renovations. The breakfast was not "up to par" with other similar hotels and was probably the most disappointing of our 2 week trip to Italy / Sicily. No gym and no pool.

The rooms were nice and the public areas were pretty. The hotel was on a very busy road so it was difficult to get in and out with the luggage. A paid parking garage was a couple of blocks away. Beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Breakfast was satisfactory.

The hotel was nice and centrally located close to city center and within walking distance. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff were so friendly especially the breakfast staff.
The only downside was our room was facing the busy street so we heard street noise during the night. If you stay, I suggest the garden view room so you aren’t facing the busy street.

Già cliente. Ottima posizione centrale, facilmente raggiungibile sia con l'auto che con i mezzi pubblici, antistanti all'ingresso dell'hotel. Cortesia, disponibilità, silenzioso, gentilezza, ben frequentato. La colazione in terrazzo esterno ed interno con un bel panorama. Costi adeguati. Assolutamente consigliato. Qualche accessorio in più non guasterebbe (Accappatoio in bagno, pantofole, blocco notes on relativa penna..)
