Albergo in zona centrale, entrata modesta personale cortese. Camera ordinata pulita , il frigobar era spento e in una giornata caldissima avrei apprezzato dell’acqua fresca! Finestre sul soffitto ma senza possibilità di aprirle. Colazione minimal servita praticamente alla reception. Prezzo elevato rispetto al contesto ma purtroppo in linea con i prezzi attuali.se si giornata a Palermo per lavoro brevemente soddisfa le esigenze.

Bella camera in mansarda, molto tranquilla. Ottima colazione, francamente non capisco come la si possa criticare, molto completa sia come dolce che come salato. Quello che fa la differenza sono, comunque, le persone: la ragazza delle colazioni e il responsabile della reception sono persone speciali che hanno reso il nostro breve soggiorno indimenticabile. Da ultimo avevamo la macchina ed e’ sempre stato facile parcheggiare

Sono stato in questo hotel per una notte con colazione. Ottima vicinanza al porto e quindi ottimo per chi come me è arrivato in nave. Elemento importante che non è cosa comune è il parcheggio interno costruito. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Buona colazione di qualità

Camera non molto spaziosa, televisore piccolo, frigobar non funzionante. Prima colazione con pochissima scelta, personale da inseguire, locali per la colazione accessibili solo tramite scalini o rampa, stoviglie non ben pulite. Hotel che non merita assolutamente le quattro stelle.

Colazione inaccettabile avanzi di torte mal presentate su piattini, poca scelta e per niente invitante, tanto che nonostante l’avessimo pagata nei successivi giorni non ne abbiamo usufruito. Una notte intera senza luce in camera. Personale impreparato ad affrontare problemi e comunque servizio scarso.Prezzo inappropriato. Non merita affatto quattro stelle.

Siamo stati a Palerme e siamo alloggiati in questo albergo. La stanza è molto spaziosa, il letto è comodissimo, c'è il parcheggio privato, un giardino molto carino. Il personale è molto disponibile e accogliente! Siamo stati molto bene, assolutamente da tornare! Grazie per tutto!

Looks like a facility being closed down. Dirt everywhere, dilapidated car park in the middle of dilapidated houses, abandoned garden with unusable tables and chairs due to how dirty they were. Non-existent reception, there is no comfortable common area to stop and read a newspaper. At the entrance a square table which is often used by guests for breakfast. Breakfast with apparently poor quality products and presented in an anonymous and botched way. The non-existent salty part and the cold cuts/cheeses on display in the air. Dirty room with dilapidated furniture. It appeared that only sheets and towels had been changed. Dust everywhere and dirt stains on the walls and furniture, air conditioning fan coils leaking water that got underfoot. Very kind and attentive staff who could not help but apologize. 2 star property at the moment.

Sporco, capelli nel bagno anche dopo la pulizia… se era stata fatta… bagno scomodo e senza set di cortesia… ho dovuto chiedere le cuffie per la doccia… colazione penosa… da vergogna!!! Se qualcosa terminava, non veniva rimessa… mancanza di succhi di frutta… frutta introvabile…
