"Looking at what was advertised for the hotel was different to the actual place. We arrived at midnight and no services were available. After exiting the lift, the 7th floor was indescribable. The air-conditioning unit that i passed on the way to the room looked like a bomb had hit it. Upon entering the room it was total disappointment. I went to plug in my phone and the wall unit just fell apart. Electrically quite dangerous. Upon placing my head on the pillow after a long day travelling the loud music from the street kept me awake but eventually i fell asleep. The saving grace was in the morning, where the breakfast catered for most people. Then the rush for a bed by the pool was on. Remember to take a cap with you as this is required to enter the pool. Apart from having the slowest lifts in palamero im sure for the price there are other more suitable properties."

The theater, palace, and cathedral are a 6-7 minute walk away. It's also situated in a bustling commercial area, making shopping and dining very convenient. 2. Excellent service: The staff are patient and welcoming, remembering every guest's needs and requests. The hotel restaurant offers a rich and delicious selection, and you can even make your own cannoli for breakfast! 3. Exquisite décor: Full of European luxury, the separate lobby is elegant and classic, and a tea break area is provided. Multiple elevators are available for easy access, and there is a wheelchair accessible. The rooms are fully equipped, and there's a private balcony for relaxation. Cons: The air conditioning is a bit noisy (but can be turned off), and there are staircases connecting different floors within the building. Overall: Highly recommended! There's no better choice."

"Nice hotel in Palmero, close to the 107 bus stop that takes you into the center (trip takes about 30 minutes) The hotel was big and the room was clean with fresh bedding and towels. I arrived with a broken lock on my bag and the hotel staff helped me fix it! They were really helpful and friendly . "I do not recommend going to Palermo at all. All hotels at the beach there are old((and this hotel too. I haven't rested in such old hotels for a long time. At the end of the stay we were ordered a taxi and printed tickets for the plane. However, at the beginning, before our arrival, there was a strange situation on the respiratory. Somehow at 11 a.m. the manager took our passports and said he would give them only at 8 p.m. Why does he have our passports for such a long time? Usually they are just copied and returned immediately. I wanted to rumor already. But when I offered him the copies I made in advance, he returned our passports. Breakfasts were delicious, the Swedish table. The water temperature in the shower changed on its own. It was never possible to be sure it would be constantly warm. It became cold, hot on its own. It is not convenient to wash. Renovation, carpets, furniture - almost everything in this hotel is old. Good were only staff and sea view. Thank you to staff for the warm reception! They are not guilty that the hotel needs renovation."

"The location is really great because it is right in front of the ferry port. It is close enough to walk to. I was hesitant at first about whether to take this medicine because there were a lot of negative reviews, but when I looked at the reviews sorted by newest, they were good. The facilities have been remodeled and have improved."

"I loved this beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of old Palermo. Located just a few minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and wonderful outdoor markets, the hotel felt like a luxurious oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Highlights for me were the attention to detail in the rooms and the delicious buffet breakfast served in the beautiful and tranquil courtyard. I cannot wait to go back."

It was so cold at night🥶 There is air conditioning in the room, but since it’s centrally controlled and turned off, it feels like it doesn’t exist at all 🔥 Also, I had to leave the hostel at 6 a.m. 🌅 Three guys were sleeping😴 so I tried to be as silent as possible 🤫 When I gently pulled the bathroom door handle to close the door, the entire handle system fell out 🚪💥 Big metal noise, everyone woke up 😱(room 108) That is simply unacceptable. This hostel does not deserve more than 2️⃣ stars ⭐⭐ Definitely overrated 🙄 👋 Ciao bello 🤷♂️"
