The hotel is located in a central area of Palermo, with excellent private parking facilities inside.
The structure is a bit dated and the breakfast is not the best in terms of quality and quantity, for the price paid I would say it's fine.

The location is a little remote but not bad. Breakfast was good. As for the bathtub, the stopper was bad because I don't usually use it. Basic cleanliness is also good. I spent four days comfortably.

Excluding the hall, the rooms are very dated and abandoned. The bathroom is dilapidated. The fixtures are falling apart. It says free parking but this is not the case as there are around 8 parking spaces without payment and therefore you are forced to use the paid parking.

Bad choice: fridge not working; bedside light ditto; no air conditioning in the bathroom (not working): book a double and a twin room instead of all doubles; air conditioning in the rooms which were either excessively cold or the opposite. Last but not least, instead of paying €8, as indicated and written in the confirmation, the reception demanded €16 on the grounds that a few days (5) had passed from the booking date to today and in the meantime the tourist tax had increased.
I advise everyone not to choose Astoria palace hotel in Palermo and Tripcom
