Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel

Having checked out the information about Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel in advance, we opted to reserve the two accommodations located on the ground floor of a separate historic building. The experience was amazing. Although we never had much contact with the hotel staff, except those who delivered breakfasts directly to our suite daily, they were always friendly and professional. The kitchen's attention to my gluten-free dietary needs was much appreciated. Andrea, at the reception desk, was fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. He not only provided us with a detailed listing of handwritten comments relating to various restaurants, bars and attractions, but he also made numerous notations on a corresponding walking map and made other suggestions/reservations. In one case, his recommendation and attentiveness garnered us a 35% dinner discount! The main hotel public areas and our rooms in its adjacent building were well-maintained and spotless. The hotel could not have been in a better centralized location to comfortably access all of Palermo's numerous attractions and eateries.

This hotel has exceptional customer service, but the hotel is located in an area that is much too noisy. The rooms all face a road or path where people walk, and sometimes motor bikes go by. We were there in March and the room was too warm to sleep without opening the window, but we could not sleep with the noise from outside. There is no air conditioning provided at this time of the year and the room was very warm and stuffy. The rooms are also very small. Despite the great customer service we would not stay here again.

I recommend this property without reservation. Take a shuttle from the airport because there is no parking --- but you won't need it anyway. The city is walkable and if ever needed (to go to Mondello Beach, for example) just get a Lyft or Uber. ...since there is no easy parking there either.

Not sure why this boutique hotel isn’t a 5 star property as everything is 5 stars. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast. The reception services are outstanding. The man who welcomed us made a map just for us based on everything we wanted to see. He added his favorites too. He helped us select restaurants that were each excellent. Then the other people at reception were equally as welcoming and excellent. Helpful recommendations! An excellent stay. Spotless floors!

This is a fantastic hotel in every way: beautifully furnished and spacious (especially for a family of four), excellently located, and staffed by gracious, knowledgeable hosts. Marta was exceptionally helpful; her recommendations made our trip! And the breakfast was outstanding (the pistachio-filled croissants are not to be missed). Everything was of superior quality; we are very grateful and recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.
