Questa è una recensione mirata ad avvertire chi utilizza questo sito e chi premuta in questo hotel. Ho avuto una pessima esperienza sulla gestione di una mia richiesta, avevo preso una normale prenotazione con cancellazione gratuita fino a circa 4 giorni prima del giorno di permanenza. Bene.. so che chiamando 2 giorni (causa malattia di 2 componenti della mia famiglia) non era scontato che mi avessero accettato la cancellazione ed il rimborso. Ma quello che non mi è piaciuto è stato il comportamento, ovvero che con molta gentilezza mi hanno accettato la cancellazione senza in effetti portarla al termine. Inoltre anche lo staff di trip è stato molto gentile e mi ha dato diverse date di termine in cui mi avrebbero dato risposta, ma invano. Risultato, dal 29 dicembre (data di comunicazione di non poter pernottare) siamo al 6 gennaio senza alcuna risposta. Per me il denaro non era importante a tal punto da scrivere questa recensione, era molto più importante se mi avessero detto “mi spiace non possiamo cancellare “ e non solo l’hotel ma anche il sito!

The hotel is not 4 stars, you need to think more on 2 star level.
No digital keycards, the bedrooms are 2 single beds together, there is no option for a single large bed (even though reservation was misleading). Wifi almost doesn't exist in room, Gym doesn't have water and other small details that make it far apart of 4 star treatment.
The positives are the bathroom and room cleanse. The breakfast is OK with some pastry variety but simple in others (for example there is only machine juice, nothing fresh like orange)

Albergo in posizione esterna al centro città ove presente ZTL comodo per chi viaggia in auto. Dotato di parecchi servizi, bellissima la piscina al 14 piano e la sala ristorante annessa. Colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità, vasta scelta tra dolce e salato. Arredamento delle stanze un po' datato da rimodernare, ottimo servizio di pulizia, palestra, bar, parcheggio auto e ampi spazi all'aperto.

У номері немає ніякого посуду, крім двох паперових стаканів.:( Попросили два стакани, але нам дали пластикові. Це дивно, бо у готелі є бар та ресторан.
Сніданки смачні. Розташування трохи далеко від центру і в досить брудному районі, але поряд є пляж (хоч і дуже брудний) та гарна туристична набережна з класними ресторанами для вечері.
Чистота не відповідає 4*, кімнати дуже старі.

El hotel esta bien, no obstante la ubicacion es pesima es una zona de palermo algo peligrosa y no muy recomendable de pasear por la noche..
