Location is prefect but property sound proof is non existing. Very noisy in the morning.
The staff and service is disappointing. Informed arrival time but no one was there. Need to message and call but still no reply. Need to wait at entrance for 15 mins.
Later was asked to pay cash and said credit card payment not working. When mentioned I don’t have enough cash, the staff requested me to go withdraw cash from machine.
Total paid is more than what quoted in ******* website. And never return change as in assuming “keep the change” although it is not much but should have return the change and only keep it if the guest say so.

Great location, but very noisy rooms. The B&B is located at a secondary school ovelooking their outdoor gym/play area.
Breakfast at nearby cafe - vouchers coveret approxh half the costs.

Todo estuvo muy bien. Teniamos una habitación muy bonita con balcon y vista a la plaza de la catedral. El b&b era tranquilo. Santo nos tuvo muchísima paciencia el primer día esperándonos para dejar nuestras valijas antes de hora y luego a la noche para hacer el check in.
La zona es muy linda y muy tranquila de noche, a diferencia de otras zonas de Palermo.

Per quanto riguarda la posizione nulla da dire.... e' il top....ma arriviamo e ci viene detto che nel bagno non si può buttare la carta nel water ne quando si fa pipì e anche tutto il resto per via dei tubi del centro storico ecc ...che forse li ci sarà questo problemi perché in altre strutture a pochi metri no ..cose dell' altro mondo .e in ogni modo credo SIA CORRETTO SCRIVERE ..,una cosa del genere nella descrizione del bb così una persona può decidere se accettare o no una situazione simile...non fare finta di niente e dire che e' così in tutto il centro storico Data dell'esperienza: 08 dicembre 2023

Very nice B&B, super centrally located. The rooms are new and clean. The view couldn't be better, quiet and peaceful at night. The host Santo is very friendly and helpful. If we come to Palermo again, we would go there again.

Wow, what a location. We asked for a room with a view of the cathedral. The balcony window looks out onto the square in fromt of the cathedral and on stepping out onto the balcony - there it is. And the place is busy all day, students who attend the school in the same building the hotel is in early in the morning waiting for classes to start, people enjoying breakfast at the cafes in the street, tourists visiting the Cathedral. Step outside and you are straight onto one of the main streets of Palermo which runs from the Palazzo Reale with its wonderful mosaics at one end to the port at the other end. The accommodation isn't complicated - you get a decent size room with the usual stuff like wifi and air-con and you get a bunch of keys so you can get in and out. But you don't normally see anyone. Rooms are cleaned while you are out. It works.

The property is beside the cathedral, with a short walk to the Royal Palace and other sights. The Central Station is about a 10min walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved this property. Our room was very spacious and the location is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, water was hot and the WiFi good. There are restaurants and cafes close by and most of the tourist sites are within easy walking distance. Our host, Santo was very helpful and had some good restaurant suggestions. We arrived into Palermo by train and the property is an easy taxi ride from the station or a 20 minute walk or so if you prefer. We walked back to catch the train without any trouble. We would recommend this property for it’s location and comfort.
