Un horror de hotel y una pésima atención. Imposible hacer el check-in a las 23:45h. Nos han dejado completamente tirados en plena calle. Nadie contesta al teléfono y tampoco nos han abierto la puerta. Un auténtico desastre.

Bellissima camera nel cuore di Palermo, posto ideale per rilassarsi e coccolarsi in coppia.. prosecco e stuzzichini a bordo vasca molto graditi.Abbondante colazione in camera con prodotti dolci e salati..Prezzo più che valido per i servizi offerti. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Großartiges Hotel. Zentral gelegen im zweiten Stock eines Wohnhauses. Die Zimmer sind extrem sauber und wunderschön gestaltet und der Service ist perfekt. Wegen der Covid-19 Pandemie bekamen wir ein tolles Frühstück aufs Zimmer. Sehr schönes Bad, gute Dusche und bequemes Bett. Was will man mehr?

Nos atendieron muy bien, nos dieron una habitación muy bonita y nos recibieron con un vino espumoso y cannoli porque celebramos un evento importante, además de darnos acceso antes de la hora del check in. El personal fue muy amable, su ubicación es muy buena y el desayuno es muy generoso y en la cama. Muy recomendable!!!

Ottima posizione comodo per raggiungere il centro di Palermo ed i principali luoghi della città. Personale cortese e puntuale, camere comode e pulite. Che dire, per il futuro so dove andrò a Palermo. Sono stata nel mese di ottobre a Palermo ed ho scoperto una bellissima città ricca di storia allegra ristorazione eccellente e sopratutto per me facie da girare a piedi vedrò di tornarci al più presto per vedere quello che mi manca e stato un primo approccio

Bella a**osfera! Accanto al Politeama, stanze “Art” tutte diverse e secondo noi siamo stati fortunati con Andy Wharol: suite comoda anche per i ns ragazzi, qlcs da mettere a punto ma ci siamo. Fateci un giro, a Palermo va bene e siamo a due passi dal centro.
