Everything wonderful. An excellent location in the best place, spacious, beautiful square and in the middle of all the atmosphere. The hotel was great, the room overlooking the beautiful square. Very good service, very nice and efficient staff and great breakfast.

The room is nothing special. There is no bathrobe. Towels are counted. Body cleansers are counted. The hot water is not constant in the shower. The breakfast is good but nothing like a NH hotel. I don't think we can give four stars to this hotel. The room lights are really bad as they remain very cold and too bright.

We chose this hotel after consulting many traveler reviews, in different hotels, at the same time of year. Our opinion largely agrees with the opinions previously expressed: ideal central location, on an open square away from the infernal noise of the main arteries or "lively" alleys, in particular by the terraces of cafes and restaurants. (and yet close to these amenities) Comfortable room of good size; only problem; narrow window overlooking a "skylight"...but minor inconvenience when you spend most of your time outside. The hotel is very well maintained, very clean (probably renovated a few years ago) Rich and varied breakfasts, interesting for those who want to discover Sicilian pastries (some of which are homemade) Very friendly staff, attentive to travelers In short, to recommend!

This hotel is clean and provides everything you would need. There is nothing over the top about it but it is clean and safe. There was a bit of a weird smell in the elevator and hallways but the room was fine.

Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on ******* not very accurate.
Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear.
