It’s a clean and safe comfortable single room - a little dated in itself but higher quality hotel than most with breakfast and dinner served on the ground floor with some panache - staff very helpful and kind

Definitely it was a great experience. As we arrived after a trip via Viena, the receptionists were very kind and gave us a nice room in the new part. If possible, we would like to rate all aspects of our accommodation with 12 from 10. Location is excellent, near the free tour meeting ppint and not far away from street food experiences and historic monuments.

Service is good. The ladies at the front desk is especially helpful. From providing information for breakfast, best Gelato in Palermo to car rental and intercity bus schedules and taxi bookings. They are always efficient and reliable. Thank you for the help! The shower is strong and water is hot which makes the shower experience very enjoyable. Our room is facing a one way street and is very quiet. Bed is on the harder side and pillows are flatter than our preference. Other than that, all is good.

Overall, the room is very comfortable, and there is a bathtub for soaking in the room🛀🏻. The location is close to the center of Palermo, and it is very convenient to visit nearby attractions, such as the Palermo Cathedral or the fish market. The breakfast is very rich and the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, which brings great memories to this trip!

I originally thought it was close to the pier, the room was big and cheap, and the breakfast was OK. As a result, the car was parked at a different location, and I had to wait for 2 hours to pick up the car the next morning, which was a serious delay. If you drive, be sure to inform the front desk early to pick up your car. Parking fee is 20 euros per night.

The hotel lived up to expectations. The room was not in the main building, but the room was excellent. The room has everything you need. The breakfast, of course, is not very rich, the same thing every day, but there was enough to eat. The staff drives the car to the parking lot to get it - you need to notify at least an hour in advance. The location of the hotel is super - everything is nearby.

The room smelled quite bad, it was small, we were very hot and it did not include complimentary water, and the views were terrible. We arrived very late and left very early, so due to location for 1 night it was ok. But I wouldn't repeat.

The room is too small to turn around and the toilet is directly connected to the sink, which is very inconvenient! The heating was not turned on for three nights and it was cold at night!

Facilities: Very complete, very close to attractions Sanitation: Clean and tidy In short, it is worth the money and is recommended to stay.

Relatively good staff and the lady at the reception speaks very professional French.
