Sant'Onofrio Terrace

The room is in a nice location but is poorly maintained and not cleaned enough, maybe not at all. The sink in the bathroom is leaking water and so the whole floor is wet. The floor was black with dirt, we noticed it from our two children who walked around the room with bare feet. I recommend staying away from this establishment until it changes management! Too bad because it would be enough. We left after one night because everything was unbearable, especially with children... and we're used to travelling! The owner was kind until arrival and then stopped answering phone calls and messages, promised cleaning the next morning but didn't get it done.

Never mind the Ceck in problems, it can happen… No one is waiting for us inside the structure, and that is fine too, a bathroom to share with another room, a bathroom that is absolutely uninhabitable, too low, dirty, worn out and without of any type of accessory, including toilet paper… I was forced to ask for it… Common kitchen a little too left to itself to be used… In the face of complaints, the manager opted to answer me badly by not accepting the merits… The location is absolutely excellent 10 m from via Maqueda

The location is excellent for those who want to be close to the centre, which can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes; unfortunately, however, the positive notes are all here. The room (we were in number 3) has a sloping roof: if you are taller than one meter and 80 you can stand only in the center of the same without running the risk of bumping your head against the ceiling beams, in all other points, including the edge of the bed, instead you will be forced to stay bent. The bathroom is even lower! You will not be able to maintain the upright position once the door is closed, and even brushing your teeth becomes an exercise in contortionism. Not to mention that it does not have direct access from the room, but is located at the end of a short corridor. Average cleanliness, but certainly not optimal (the condominium entrance hall sees the passage of numerous felines, and the smell of their droppings is intense and persistent). Virtually no soundproofing, both towards the street and from the other rooms: at any moment you will be perfectly aware of everything that is happening around you. Ultimately: look for another accommodation for your holiday in Palermo!

Totale mancanza di assistenza da parte degli host, che non hanno risposto per tutto il giorno al telefono e solo verso le 18:00 siamo riusciti a contattarli per fare il check in, inoltre il bagno era sporco, e ad un letto non erano state cambiate le coperte visto che era pieno di briciole e sabbia. Il palazzo esternamente e intermamente è fortemente impregnato da un odore di pipì, idem per il bagno. L’unica cosa positiva la posizione, centrale e bene o male i parcheggi si trovano anche gratuti.
