Great hotel: very good quality, design while retaining charm.
Restaurant: very good quality and fantastic setting
Welcome to the hotel and the really great restaurant.
I did not try the SPA, because the stay was too short (only 1 night)

Die Lage ist sehr gut, aber das Frühstück enttäuschend: Sehr kleine Auswahl und kein aufmerksamer Service (Essen und zb Teller wurden nicht aufgefüllt, nach Kaffee musste man fast betteln). Es gab leider keinen Kinderhochstuhl. Unsere Matratze war durchgelegen. Im Innenhof hing eine Palästinenserflagge, welche von einigen Zimmern leider nicht zu übersehen waren - das ist ein noGo!

The location was excellent which allowed you to visit practically all the places of interest in Palermo by walking. Articulated structure created in an old building with courtyards, stairs and small balconies. Well furnished and spacious room, good cleanliness but lack of management of towels and various accessories (something was often missing). Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast average but good. Wi-Fi present in the room but not working.

In occasione di un viaggio di lavoro, mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Personale molto gentile, camera molto bella, moderna e confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la colazione, arricchita con torte e frutta fresche. Affascinante la location in un antico palazzo del centro storico e belli gli arredi, senza dimenticare la posizione strategica lungo via Vittorio Emanuele, di fianco ai Quattro Canti: esattamente nel centro città e a due passi (letteralmente) dai principali monumenti, luoghi d’interesse e via Maqueda con i suoi locali per l'aperitivo. Una sera abbiamo cenato anche al ristorante dell’hotel, la Locanda del Gusto: una cucina gourmet che esalta i sapori locali con un tocco creativo. Cena deliziosa!

Hôtel super, très bien placé en centre ville, propre, décor soigné. Suites superbes, rien à dire de ce côté. J'ai juste laissé mes cartes postales timbrées à l'accueil et rien n'est jamais arrivé. Déçue. Je recommande, sauf qu'il faut poster ses lettres directement à la poste.

Excellent location for walking about. Difficult to get to if you have a car. Very nice breakfast. Definitely recommend.
