Terrible, very dirty, the fan didn't work in the bathroom, there was a musty smell - sewage, one towel and one bath towel available for two people in three days, never changed. Breakfast with packaged snacks, self-service coffee, tea, street parking is difficult to find in March!! Positive thing: close to the sea and the historic center (about 1.5 km) and the fresh water dispenser present at the entrance to the b&b.

I didn't stay at this property because they canceled my reservation by inventing that the credit card was invalid and coincidentally they didn't even have availability!! So to overcome an overbooking they simply canceled me with the excuse of the card. I asked for proof of the card rejection but obviously they were not provided!

Due to public transport delays, we arrived a few minutes late for check-in. We had called the landline to announce our arrival but no one answered. Fortunately we had entrusted ourselves to a travel agency who managed to create a bridge between us and the b&b but the staff told us to find accommodation elsewhere because it was now late (we were about 10 minutes late) ... After solving this further problem and after paying a further fee that had not been requested anywhere (!) we managed to enter. Disappoin**ent: dirty floor, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom and non-working air conditioner. The guests in the other rooms were making a mess even late at night and someone had tried to enter our room.

Hotel was fine, service was very bad. Not very kind and asked for extra cleaning fees (10€/night) when no one cleaned our room during our stay. The breakfast isn’t a breakfast, therefore it’s not really a B&B. It was very noisy, especially inside the hotel (which is an apar**ent with rooms).

The property has a good location, 15 minutes from the center of Palermo. The manager Salvo was very kind upon arrival and immediately provided us with all the information and possible itineraries. I can't say the same for the cleanliness, the towels were not changed every day. Poor breakfast, there was no milk, and everything had to be eaten packaged
