實際上更像是民宿，分別在一樓和五樓各有獨立帶浴室四個房間及共用廚房（相當於中國的二樓和六樓），所謂早餐衹是現成小麪包點心及茶葉包和咖啡包，願意自己做飯這裡是最好的選擇，地點也很棒到中央火車站步行不到十分鐘在那裡可以坐機場大巴六歐元一個小時到機場。
可能是攜程與民宿溝通的問題，實際上是每個人每天要付1.5歐元税，但民宿又要收每天十歐元清潔費，這是攜程官網沒有公示或者民宿業主沒有事先告知攜程，建議將所有費用含在房間價格供住客選擇。

Pessimo , molto sporco , nel bagno non funzionava la ventola c era una puzza di muffa - fognatura , un asciugamano e un telo da bagno a disposizione per due persone in tre giorni , mai cambiato . La colazione con merendine confezionate , caffè , tè a self service, parcheggio in strada è difficile da trovare a marzo!! Cosa positiva vicino al mare e al centro storico ( circa 1,5 km) e il distributore dell’acqua fresca presente all ingresso del b&b.

Non ho soggiornato in questa struttura perché mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione inventandosi che la carta di credito non era valida e guarda caso non avevano neanche disponibilità!! Quindi per ovviare a un overbooking mi hanno semplicemente cancellato con la scusa della carta. Ho chiesto le prove del rifiuto della carta ma ovviamente non sono state fornite !

A causa del ritardo dei mezzi pubblici, siamo arrivati con qualche minuto di ritardo per il check-in. Avevamo chiamato il numero fisso per comunicare il nostro arrivo ma non rispondeva nessuno. Fortunatamente ci eravamo affidati ad un'agenzia di viaggio che è riuscita a creare un ponte tra noi e il b&b ma il personale ci ha risposto di trovarci una sistemazione da un'altra parte perché ormai era tardi (eravamo in ritardo di circa 10 minuti)... Dopo aver risolto quest'ulteriore problema e dopo aver pagato un'ulteriore tassa che non era stata richiesta da nessuna parte (!) siamo riusciti ad entrare. Delusione: pavimento sporco, lenzuola sporche, bagno sporco e condizionatore non funzionante. Gli ospiti delle altre stanze facevano confusione anche a tarda notte e qualcuno aveva cercato di entrare nella nostra stanza.

Hotel was fine, service was very bad. Not very kind and asked for extra cleaning fees (10€/night) when no one cleaned our room during our stay. The breakfast isn’t a breakfast, therefore it’s not really a B&B. It was very noisy, especially inside the hotel (which is an apar**ent with rooms).

La struttura ha una buona posizione è a 15 minuti dal centro di Palermo. Il gestore Salvo molto gentile all arrivo ci ha fornito subito tutte le informazioni e possibili itinerari. Non posso dire lo stesso per la pulizia , gli asciugamani non venivano cambiati ogni giorno. Colazione scarsa, mancava il latte, e da mangiare tutto confezionato
