Don’t let the outside scare you. When we first arrived I was not really impressed but once inside I found it very clean. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was great. The host Fabrizio, was awesome. We thought Palermo was a dirty city. You have to watch every step for dog poop. It’s everywhere and nobody cleans it up. Plus garbage is everywhere too. There were certain aspects and sights we liked. Fabrizio gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and even made us a reservation for one of them to get us a good table. We loved this place because of the host. But it was also a good home base to get around.

This bed-and-breakfast is something we really can recommend. Do you want to take care of you from start to end. Clean and spacious rooms and a nice breakfast. That’s what you get. The city center in 15 minutes, walking distance, and if you arrive by car, there are enough parking spots near property. I can absolutely come back.

The owner of the B&B, Fabrizio, immediately put us at ease and provided us with a lot of information for the several days as well as a proper "Sicilian" breakfast (with a daily surprise of exceptional Palermo specialities). Clean room with quiet and peaceful nights! Quite convenient B&B for the most central streets! We will definitely be back!!

Meraviglioso!
It was very clean and comfortable. We were able to use the kitchen freely and it was nice that they did our laundry for us.
It's convenient for sightseeing and the location is also good, within walking distance of markets. The owner was also a nice person and I would like to stay at this hotel again next time!

Fabrizio was really kind and helpful, he helped us a lot with good tips to visit the city. The rooms were very comfortable and a good breakfast. The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from Teatro Massimo.

When we arrived, we had the unpleasant surprise to find that our room had been assigned to another family! no identity verification, accommodation referenced on several sites and manager lost in his reservations. He blew the wind to try to find us another room. In the end, we found her...after midnight. No problem getting reimbursed, that's already it...
