Hotel datato ma ben tenuto in una comoda posizione tra il teatro Politeama ed il teatro Massimo. Avrei voluto dare 5 puntini, vista la gentilezza del personale, la buona colazione e la camera dotata di ogni comfort, ma purtroppo la seconda notte un fastidiosissimo odore ha disturbato parecchio e la mancanza di acqua calda ha creato disagio. Segnalo con piacere che ci hanno dato la camera alle 9 del mattino, quindi molto in anticipo e per il check-out ci hanno messo a disposizione una sala dotata di bagno, poltrone, Tv e distributore di bibite. Dovessimo tornare a Palermo, torneremmo di sicuro qui

Very central hotel, one step away from the Teatro Massimo and the pedestrian centre. Courteous and professional staff. Welcome with fresh water and biscuits very welcome. Well soundproofed and spotlessly clean rooms. Continental breakfast served in a comfortable and private environment. Possibility of a covered and monitored garage nearby. On the positive side, the hotel is in a good location close to many restaurants. The food for breakfast was fairly good. The single bedroom I had was very old and small. The view was bad and the air conditioning was like a fan with no cooling. They were also doing renovations down the hall and they started early in morning. My friends had a renovated room and it was much better.

The hotel serves a terrific breakfast daily, with an array of fresh breads, fruits, eggs, yogart and cheese. The hotel is very cleaned and well organized situated in a good area of Palermo. The hop on hop off bus 1st stop is within several blocks from hotel. Giovanni, Joseph and Jessica made my stay very happy! Thanks everyone, I shall return. Ciao Ciao

A nice hotel in the center of Palermo, large room, decent bathroom. Friendly staff, very honest prices, reception open 24 hours a day, the door closes at night but you just need to ring the bell to gain access, I don't know about breakfast because I didn't use it.
