There is no water in the room, no slippers, and the door was opened without getting up in the morning. The sound insulation is very poor, and you can hear the door opening and closing next to it. There is no quilt in the room, only blankets and sheets, and it is super cold to sleep at night. The location is quite convenient

The hotel is very well located a few steps from the main shopping street and a further few steps to the old town and all the main attractions.
The room had everything we needed, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast had a wholesome offering especially on the sweets side, the ricotta cakes were amazing.

Hotel in posizione eccellente, offre tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. La differenza poi la fa il personale: cortese, disponibile ed efficiente, ha reso il nostro soggiorno (viaggio in famiglia con due ragazzini) piacevolissimo nonostante qualche problema di salute di uno dei figli. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Hotel curato sotto ogni dettaglio. -Il personale sempre cordiale è disponibile, in particolare Eleonora alla reception. -Cucina molto buona e varia -Pulizia praticamente perfetta, è una cosa che non è mai venuta a mancare in tutto l'hotel; -Stanze sistemate alla perfezione, ogni volta che tornavo la sera la trovavo come nuova; -Per finire un ristorante di ottima qualità, offre molte varietà di cibo a colazione, invece per quanto riguarda la cena ho usufruito della mezza pensione e, in questo caso, troviamo dei menù diversi per ogni giorno.
