Sulla base di ottimi feedbacks di amici che vi avevano soggiornato in occasione dello scorso Capodanno, ho scelto questa struttura per un breve soggiorno a Palermo con mia moglie. L'hotel si trova in pieno centro, non lontano dal Teatro Massimo: la zona è tranquilla e silenziosa ed in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere a piedi le più belle attrazioni turistiche della città. È disponibile a pochi passi un parcheggio convenzionato ( consiglio di utilizzarlo, in considerazione della difficoltà di parcheggio in tutto il centro...) ed il personale dell'hotel provvede direttamente a portare e ritirare l'auto dal parking. Camere ampie, pulite, silenziose e dotate di phon, wifi ma non di frigobar. Colazione mattutina ottima, con specialità tipiche palermitane, compreso un gustosissimo latte di mandorla. Personalmente considero un vero punto di forza la presenza e disponibilità del personale dell'hotel: dal Direttore ai ragazzi della reception e del bar ho trovato cordialità, disponibilità e professionalità. What else? Quando tornerò a Palermo, riconfermero' certamente questa scelta di alloggio.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino al centro città ma in una posizione tranquilla. Siamo rimasti sorpresi nel vedere dei lavori all'esterno dell'edificio, che era coperto da impalcature. Questo ha fatto sì che l'hotel fosse molto buio. Non ne eravamo stati informati al momento della prenotazione, che andava fatto nel mio parere. La camera da letto era grande e molto confortevole. Tuttavia, sembra che la stanza sia stata modernizzata, ma il bagno è rimasto negli anni '90, con la pulizia che lasciava un po' a desiderare. La colazione era deliziosa con prodotti freschissimi. Il personale era molto gentile e disponibile. Il Wi-Fi invece non ha mai funzionato.

Hotel molto bello, stanze grandi, pulite e accessoriate, posizione centralissima, staff molto disponibile e cordiale, colazione super buona, varia e abbondante!! Complimenti a tutti tornerò sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!! Viva Palermo e i palermitani!!

Hemos repetido dos veces en el Posta, tras el consejo personal de Miguel Reyero, autor de la Guía de Sicilia de Laertes (siempre le estaremos agradecido por sus consejos) . Además de la comodidad ubicación para recorrer el centro histórico, se nota que es un hotel de gestión familiar. Personal muy amable, cuidan los detalles. Muy conveniente como hotel de gama media y buena relacción con su precio.

The staff here are delightful, Donatello and her team work tirelessly! However, we found the hotel swathed in scaffolding which meant our rooms were permanently dark. In addition the noise from the work-fortunately only on one day- was irritating. The rooms were clean but need updating. The decor, particularly the furnishings are thrown together, or it seems like it. The wifi is good. The shower was hot but poorly equipped and old fashioned. I wasn't sure it was clean. Lots of clean towels, and very comfortable (single).beds. Good breakfast, same every day- fruit, yogurt, pastries, meats, cheese all brought to your table. The hotel is very well situated-near-guess? the huge Post Office!

This was a basic 3 star stay in Palermo, based one street back from the main road. While I had no problems at all, the overall area walking towards the hotel was busy, noisy, and dirty which didn't give the best first impression. My room was large and clean and had everything I needed, and the location was fairly central - just short walks to the historical centre, tourist sights, Palermo train station, and the water front. The staff at this hotel were very nice and helpful - the airconditioning unit had a bad leak and when I reported it, it was fixed incredibly fast. Lovely breakfast provided and a small and pleasant rooftop terrace area.

The condition of the hotel is poor. It is neglected and needs maintenance. the breakfast was terrible. I think there were only 2 guests in the hotel. I paid them by credit card when I left and a couple of days later my office received an email requesting my credit card details and pin number as they said I had left without paying. Will definitely never go back there

We loved this hotel ! Wonderful people!!!we loved the breakfast !!!!! We loved a balcony, we loved the roof top, we loved the location ! Perfect everything !!we would like come back this hotel because everything was great , we Love Palermo !!
