Location (central in terms of location, but you still have to walk, no matter where)
Positive:
Good breakfast
Friendly and helpful staff
Very comfortable bed and pillows
Negative:
The street (even though the windows faced the side street and not Via Roma) was relatively loud, and the soundproofing in the building was not particularly good (we could hear our neighbors showering).
Our room always smelled of damp as soon as you closed the windows for 5 minutes - that was the worst part of the experience, as we couldn't sleep with the windows closed either.

Last minute booking as the accommodation I booked for my stay in Palermo was in an extremely noisy area and I wasn't able to get any sleep. The staff were friendly, room was clean, location was handy, quite central. IfI'd stay there again.

Hotel in the center, all excellent staff. Excellent location in the centre. On foot in 5 minutes from the historic center. Good breakfast, thanks to Mrs Giovanna for her courtesy and her unique coffees. Unique availability to return also because Palermo was a discovery Michela

The hotel is in Via Roma, very convenient for seeing the city on foot (it also has a stop in front of the hotel for those wishing to use public transport). In a few minutes. you reach Via Vittorio Emanuele, the Quattro Canti and Palazzo Reale. The structure is very welcoming, the rooms are well furnished and very clean. The jewel in the crown is the staff (reception, breakfast service and room cleaning): always very kind, helpful and smiling. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of sweet and savory choices and of excellent quality. Truly an excellent facility.

Excellent location to visit the beauties of Palermo. At the reception we were welcomed very well by the receptionist who also went out of his way to suggest what to visit and which roads to take. Cozy room, with sitting area and I slept very well. But the excellence was the breakfast served by a very friendly and smiling lady Giovanna who went out of her way to show us all the ready-made dishes regarding the savory breakfast and satisfied and satisfied our requests. It's really pleasant to start the day with a person who smiles and cuddles you while doing their job. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here again if I return to Palermo..
