酒店位置優越，距離四首歌廣場和大教堂非常近，衹要步行幾分鐘，到火車站步行10幾分鐘。非常感謝酒店為我升級了房間。大堂非常漂亮，房間也很棒有漂亮的陽台和風景。

酒店位於巴勒莫中心位置，可步行至巴勒莫大教堂、諾曼王宮及四角廣場等主要景點，周圍餐廳也很多。酒店大廳和房間佈置較高檔，房間乾淨寬敞。
酒店服務很好，我們提前到酒店，因為房間已經準備好了，也讓我們入住了。隔音稍有問題，wifi信號也有點不穩定。

Un magnífico hotel, con unas instalaciones de lujo en un antiguo palazzo en pleno centro histórico de Palermo. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, con todos los servicios. El servicio muy correcto y dispuesto. Tiene un piano bar, terraza garden y el entorno muy bueno, justo en pleno centro de todas las atracciones turísticas de Palermo y zonas de ocio y restauración, sin ningún ruido ni problemas en absoluto. Recomendable absolutamente.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel in un palazzo storico bellissimo, a 5 min a piedi da piazza pretoria..perfetto per visitare la città e muoversi per tutta Palermo. Comodo anche per chi come me è arrivato in treno..12/15 min a piedi dalla stazione! Perfetto! Stanze ampie, super pulite, con tanti prodotti cosmetici in bagno, accappatoio e ciabattine incluse, armadio spazioso e letti super comodi! Il Wi-Fi prende benissimo in ogni zona dell’hotel. La sera è ancora più elegante con la musica al pianoforte dal vivo nel chiostro principale! Personale gentile e disponibile a dare indicazioni per visitare la città. Utilissimo anche il deposito bagagli, anche dopo il check out! Super consigliato!

Beautiful Atrium in the middle, which my room face on to so I had no natural air or light. Service was ok and there is NO parking. I didn't choose the hotel so that was fair enough but the streets are a bit of a maze if you're using satnav. Was it worth the money? Not really if I'm honest, but if you're looking for a bit of faded glory from Palermo's past I thought it was decent. That's why I've given it 4/5 stars.
