An excellent value for money stay. I recommend this hotel as it has a remarkable setting over the city of Palermo while being in a hot tub. The restaurant offers masterful dishes. The staff is smiling and pleasant. The breakfast is local it is very significant for the morning just a small criticism at the level of the fitness room, there are broken materials so should invest in new machines. Overall it was perfect

The structure is spotless, well organized and cared for, with the swimming pool and Jacuzzi area which is truly a jewel with a breathtaking view of Palermo. Large, bright and clean room. Professional service and always attentive to detail. The restaurant is of excellent quality and variety of choice. In my opinion, the pool area could also be used in the evening, given the large amount of space and the presence of the kiosk bar, with background music, and soft lighting for a nice aperitif or cocktail by the pool with a panoramic view. Create a calm, relaxing situation where you can interact with other guests, simple but effective. In fact, the position, a little out of the way, forces you to take the car or a shuttle in the evening and go to Palermo. A piece of advice, the restaurant is a bit expensive, especially in relation to the quantity of portions, even if the quality is high. The pizza is average overall. It could entice more guests to stay for dinner, even if you then have to create something, as mentioned before, to bring the beautiful structure to life even in the evening. The only sore point, alas, after the 11am check out, you are forced to leave. Most of the facilities, on the other hand, allow you to stay another half day in the pool, where, among other things, it's easy to get drinks at the bar. This thing needs to be improved in my opinion. I wanted to stay until 2pm, to enjoy another hour in the Jacuzzi, but despite asking several times, I was denied and without insisting, I left. I will definitely come back, because I had a really good time. I hope the hotel management takes my considerations, not as criticism, but as advice. Everything else is really excellent

Piacevole sorpresa il ristorante di questo hotel, presentazione delle portate e loro qualità. Da segnalare la pulizia dei locali e personale disponibile per ogni esigenza. Per il resto è la struttura con il più bel panorama della città.

Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb des Zentrums von Palermo an einem Hang. Es ist ruhig gelegen und abseits vom Trubel. Mit dem Auto ist das Stadtzentrum in ca. 25 Minuten erreichbar. Die Aussicht ist sehr beeindruckend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Leider war mit der Spülung des WC’s etwas nicht in Ordnung. Bei jedem Spülvorgang spritzte Wasser auf den Boden und dies mit geschlossenem Deckel. Der Balkon unseres Zimmers war sehr klein, zudem verringern zwei Komponenten von Klimaanlagen das Platzangebot. Zu zweit kann der Balkon nicht wirklich genutzt werden und ist der Aufpreis nicht wert. Zwei Zimmer im 1. OG haben dieselbe Grösse des Balkons, bei anderen Zimmern sind die Balkone wesentlich grösser. Das Frühstück ist absolut kein Genuss! Die Auswahl ist klein (ausgenommen die süssen Speisen) und eher ungesund. Der Frühstücksraum lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein (ziemlich klein und die Einrichtung lässt zu wünschen übrig wie z.B. Tische und Stühle). Bei schönem Wetter kann auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt werden. Das Abendessen wird in einem anderen Raum (oder auf einer anderen Terrasse) eingenommen. Jedes Mal war das Essen sehr gut und die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Hotel very poorly located especially if you do not have a vehicle, the food delivery men do not come to deliver to the hotel, the restaurant closes its pizza kitchen every two days, the breakfast you get tired of quickly, no variety of product. The elevator goes through Rome to go up to the room, given its slowness. The horrible bed you feel the springs, the bathtub is clogged, the rooms have the smell of sewage coming up. However, the welcome is warm.

Located on a hill with excellent views of Palermo, helpful staff; Better to have your own car for travel.

Hotel with lower floors and excellent view over the entire city of Palermo. The possibility of booking a parking space is excellent. There are not many attractions and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, however the hotel restaurant is of excellent quality. Rooms ok and well kept.
