Ho soggiornato 3 notti in questo B&B insieme ad un gruppo di amiche per cui abbiamo affittato l'intera struttura che si compone di 5 camere da letto ,ognuna con il suo bagno interno. Ci siamo trovate molto bene ! Ottima la pulizia delle camere, gradevole l'arredamento, zona molto tranquilla e anche molto comoda sia per raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte dei palazzi, delle chiese e tutte le altre bellezze di Palermo sia per la fermata del bus per e da aeroporto ( circa 500 m. fermata Politeama). Nella struttura è presente un piccolo angolo con frigo con latte e succhi di frutta, macchina del caffè con cialde e zucchero,, microonde e qualche snacks e bustine di tè. Molto comodo anche il boccione di acqua, che viene rifornito se mancante, al momento delle pulizie giornaliere. Ci sono tazze e piattini, ma solo bastoncini mescola -caffè. Suggerirei di fornire qualche cucchiaino e qualche coltello... Grazie a Pietro della ospitalità e gentilezza.

Très bel endroit, bien placé dans Palerme. Pietro est très accueillant. L'appartement et les chambres sont confortables, très bien aménagées, avec goût. Tout est très propre, très pratique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas manger dans l'appartement, il y a pourtant la place. Mais les restaurants sont proches. Le rapport qualité prix est intéressant, nous avons payé 145€ + 8€ de taxes de séjour pour 4 couchages. Nous recommandons.

Location bella e strategica però per il resto è proprio vero che non è mai come sembra pulizia camere e bagno 4 giorni di permanenza mai puliti ne mai cambiato asciugamani o lenzuola se volevi qualcosa di pulito dovevi pagarlo e stato giustificato come regole della casa però quando siamo arrivati li non prima colazione zero non consigliato e sicuramente non ci torneremo mai piu

I stayed 3 days with my family and we had a very good time. The entrance is welcoming, we felt at home. The 4 bedroom is spacious, clean, new and functional furniture. A stone's throw from the center in a quiet and peaceful area. The owner was helpful and kind throughout the stay! I highly recommend it. We will be back!

Ho prenotato qui sotto consiglio di una mia amica, che conosceva Pietro, il proprietario del B&B, persona deliziosa, disponibile e gentilissimo. La cosa bella di questo B&B è che, oltre ad essere bello e pulito, si trova a pochi passi dal porto e da ristorantini delisiosi. Il centro si raggiunte in una decina di minuti a piedi e c'è un comodo posto auto (sotto prenotazione) all'interno del cortile del palazzo che lo ospita. Pietro, oltre a gestirlo benissimo, dipinge dei pesciolini favolosi che arredano l'intero B&B e che vende. Siamo rimasti veramente contenti!!! Non aggiungo foto perchè vi assicuro che sono identiche a quelle che sono presenti on line:).

Hello, very nice hotel very well located clean everything perfect except… the manager. There is a coffee machine upstairs, me and my friends took 2 each one day and the next day he came and opened the bedroom door at 8am and accused us of having broken the coffee machine so we're going to see, we look and in fact there were two capsules which blocked the device and it can't be us because when we finished using it there weren't any. Following this, once we unlock his machine, he accuses us of having drunk everything (+20 coffees) when we should have drunk a maximum of 8-10 (mini espresso) between 12 p.m. and 6 a.m. We explain to him that no with arguments he doesn't want to listen to us and explains that he is going to show us the cameras and charge us €20 for coffee so we answer him "ok let's look at the cameras then" and then he starts to **** and so we left. In short, without his character and his attempted scam or I don't know what he was trying to do, it could be a good hotel.

Very pretty, very clean, rather well located in the city and affordable price! However, the manager was not at all pleasant or welcoming! This greatly spoiled our stay in Palermo, especially as a foreigner! It’s a shame, I don’t recommend it at the moment!

Very unpleasant host, knock on the door at 8 a.m., then comes in without waiting for a response (I was naked) to reproach us for having "broken the coffee machine" I then get dressed to go see, a capsule of coffee was just stuck lol, he then accused us of having drunk too much coffee which I said was free (8 espresso to 4 wow the quantity!!!) and then wanted to charge us for these, we of course refused , he wanted to put pressure on us by showing us the cameras, when he agreed he strangely changed his mind and we were able to leave.
