Great little hotel , very convenient for sights and restaurants but the best thing about the Alma Hotel was its staff , so friendly and helpful . Breakfast was included and one of best buffets have experienced. Hotel is clean , room was modern , area is safe but the staff were stand out!

Abbiamo scelto Alma hôtel per la sua location situata bene presso il centro storico di Palermo ed è stata veramente una bella esperienza. Un’accoglienza piacevolissima, efficace da tutto lo staff, camera comoda e attrezzatura pensata per il benessere del cliente, pulizia fatta bene, una piccola colazione buonissima con dolci tipici siciliani.

We are accustomed to big cities and while Palermo can be a bit overwhelming, Alma was our refuge. Our room was spacious and spotless as was the bathroom. Each staff member was friendly, helpful and professional. This hotel is clearly well-managed.

Vi kom sent og var trætte, blev taget i mod med åbne arme. Skøn morgenmad. Fin service ved afrejse. Spiste på deres restaurant den var også god.

Essendo con due figli adulti abbiamo alloggiato in due camere. Erano entrambe ampie con letti molto comodi e molto silenziose, il che ha permesso di dormire benissimo; ottima la posizione vicina al centro. Per finire, da rilevare la cordialità di tutto lo staff alla reception e una buona colazione! Torneremo sicuramente.

Staff were very friendly. Looked after our baggage before and after our stay. Comfortable room and well equipped with everything we needed. Very nice breakfast and hotel was in a good location within walking distance of historic centre and most sights.

Very good reasonably priced hotel. Clean, comfortable, spacious room, with excellent shower . Modern hotel near excellent restaurants, cafes, shopping, but walking distance to historic centre. Very good cold Sicilian breakfast. And extremely helpful, attentive staff. Strongly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti presso Alma hotel e abbiamo trovato una camera ampia, sempre molto pulita e fornita di ogni comfort. Colazione più che abbondante e molto varia. Quello che più ci ha gratificato è stata la disponibilità, gentilezza e solarità del personale, composta da giovani che sono sicuramente da premiare. Servizio vallet per auto perfetto. Consiglio vivamente!

The Alma is a wonderful, reasonably priced hotel in a great location in Palermo. The staff is very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Our room was very nice and spacious. Highly recommend staying here.
