Great staff .. Great location… fantastic restaurants around .. away from hustle and bustle and yet close enough to walk to … safe place … Spinnato is an amazing cafe for all day coffee and Italian pastries.. Room was clean and amenities were good .., family room was big enough for 3 of us ..

Positiv: Kleines, sauberes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, großem, modernen Bad, das neben einer Dusche auch noch einen Whirlpool hatte, plus einem abgetrennten Sauna-Raum. Es gab ein kleines Frühstücks-Buffet mit süßen und 'kräftigen' Speisen. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Negativ: Die Eingangstür und die Zimmertüren schließen sehr laut und die Wände sind sehr dünn; beides ist für geräuschempfindliche Gäst der Nacht sehr störend. Zu bemängeln ist beim Bad die fehlende Ablagefläche und fehlende Handtuch-Haken in Waschbecken- bzw. Dusch-Nähe sowie -zum Leidwesen der Frauen- ein Kosmetik-Spiegel ;-)( Besonders zu erwähnen ist, daß das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war!!!

Residenza Wagner is truly the perfect place to stay when visiting Palermo. Not only is it conveniently located near the historical center as well as just so many great places to eat and wander, it's also just an incredibly friendly place. Francesco and his staff are super friendly and helped us with absolutely everything we needed (including impromptu taxi rides and umbrellas). They were in contact with us before our stay even started to make sure that everything went smoothly and were always willing to answer any and all questions that we might've had. Francesco even opened up to us about Residenza Wagner's previous life as a home as well as his grandmother's beautiful artwork which decorates the walls of the entire place. And the rooms? They're just as advertised. They're comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The beds are SO comfortable and I had a great view from my room. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. There's truly no better place to call your home away from home than Residenza Wagner.

Wonderful location, great service, good communication with hotel staff, definitely stay there on my second visit to Palermo, pay parking a few minutes walk , good restaurant close by, close to massimo theatre , high recomend ,,,,,,,,, ,,,,

Struttura situata nel centro storico a pochi passi dai maggiori punti d'interesse della città. Camere pulitissime, arredate con gusto con ampio bagno. Colazione buona, personale gentile e il proprietario sempre attento alle nostre richieste.

Hervorragende Lage, saubere Zimmer, erst vor 4 Jahren renoviert, große Dusche, für eine Unterkunft in der Stadt ziemlich ruhig während der Nacht, ausreichendes Frühstück, Möglichkeit im Zimmer üfr Tee oder KAffe,auch mit Auto gut zu erreichen, sehr nette Angestellte, hilfsbereiter Besitzer, sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis,

La struttura è molto accogliente, le stanze curate e confortevoli. La posizione è strategica e tutto il centro è raggiungibile a piedi. Tutto il personale è disponibile e cortese. Un soggiorno estremamente piacevole dove trascorrere un week end in dolce compagnia.

What a great hotel in perfect location. The staff were great and the location excellent. I loved how it was renovated, kept it’s old character and warmth. Wonderful breakfasts too and nice bar. The room was very comfortable as was the bed and linens. I liked looking out of my room to the buildings across the street
