The location is great. Rooms along the main street can be affected by the sound of cars, so I think they are suitable for people who are confident in their sleep.

The stay was very enjoyable, the photos on the website are old and the hostel is not as new looking as in the photos.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself was comfortable and the hostel was very central to all the amenities.
My only issue was that the street was very noisy, a lot of police car sirens and loud motorbikes late at night.
I had earplugs which helped with the problem and I am sure that every hotel/hostel on the road has the same issues
overall a very pleasant stay

Central location, convenient for getting around on foot and by public transport. On the first floor of a building, with lift and ramp, but not recommended for those with walking problems.
Decent sized room, small bathroom, but with everything you need. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The refrigerator and air conditioning were present.
Bed rather hard, perhaps too hard.
The real downside is the noise that comes from the street, there is no double glazing, which is one of the busiest in Palermo.
You are given the access keys, including the door, so you can move freely.
Breakfast is taken in the nearby bar, 10 meters away, with friendly staff and a good range of products.
The staff can be contacted EXCLUSIVELY via telephone, even if you require WiFi.

I had a fantastic 3 days! My husband, son and I loved this hotel. Clean, very nice hotel and very kind and helpful staff! Located in the center of the city, where there are services and is easy to reach. We will return.
