Ai Vicerè was in a fantastic central location , close to restaurants, markets, Teatro Massimo etc, public transport. .The facility was good with super comfortable beds and hot showers . Breakfast was amazing with an assortment of homemade pastries , scrambled eggs, fresh juice and tea and coffee . Our host Luca was very friendly and helpful and Vanessa who served our breakfast was lovely. Would highly recommend , cheers, Ellie

Personale gentile e disponibile:appena arrivati accolti con simpatia, informazioni turistiche varie e un caffe'. La zona è perfetta per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro storico e la fermata del pullman da/per aeroporto. Pur essendo,la nostra camera,al piano rialzato il silenzio e il letto comodo ci ha permesso dormite tranquille. Grazie a Vanessa e "la chef" Mimma.

Visita di pochi gg a Palermo in occasione della Pasqua. Vicinissimo al Teatro Massimo come anche al Politeama quindi proprio nel centro storico della città. Tutto a portata di mano negozi ristoranti ma anche gli storici mercati della città Vucciria o il Capo dove gustare il meglio dello street food palermitano. Struttura molto pulita ed accogliente ottima la colazione con proposte diverse ogni mattina. Altri elementi che contraddistinguono la struttura sono il silenzio, la cortesia e l'assoluta disponibilità del personale e del proprietario CONSIGLIATISSIMO

B&b situato nel centro di Palermo vicino al teatro Massimo. Tutto perfetto noi eravamo in 8 amiche e il nostro soggiorno ai Viceré è stato top! Mimma con le sue ottime colazioni e Luca pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste per la guida e il noleggio van dall’aereoporto! Lo consiglio vivamente!!!

La sensazione di sentirsi come a casa. Accolti come in famiglia dal proprietario Luca e coccolati a colazione dal suo staff Mimma, Vanessa ... Gli ambienti puliti e confortevoli. Un plus è sicuramente la centralità della posizione della struttura ( a pochi metri dal Teatro Massimo Vittorio Emanuele), ottima base di partenza per visitare Palermo;chiedete a Luca la possibilità di essere accompagnati da una guida turistica, è uno dei servizi proposti dal Ai Viceré. Ci ritornerò con piacere.

Il B&B è vicinissimo al teatro massimo. In pieno centro. Si gira tranquillamente a piedi per visitare le principali attrazioni di Palermo. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con bagno esterno. Nessun disagio. Il bagno era bello grande e tutto estremamente pulito. Vanessa ci ha contattato qualche giorno prima di partire, per darci tutti gli aiuti necessari per arrivare ai Vicerè. Parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura per 12 euro al giorno. Comodissimo, vicino e sicuro. Le camere possono essere pulite giornalmente o anche no, a discrezione degli ospiti. La colazione è al piano terra ed è davvero molto curata. Nelle belle giornate è possibile farla all'esterno, sui balconcini. Ci si sente davvero a casa. I ragazzi sono attenti, educati e puliti. Se dovessimo tornare a Palermo, sicuramente i Vicerè sarà la nostra scelta.Ancora un grazie di cuore a Vanessa, Mimma e il ragazzo di cui non ricordo il nome ;)

Super B&B très bien placé. L’endroit est propre, les chambres vastes et le bâtiment plein de charme. Copieux petit déjeuner en terrasse. Accueil très cool par un personnel qui cherche à rendre service. L’hôtel propose également l’accès à un parking couvert à 5mn. Excellent rapport qualité -prix.

What a wonderful stay we had at Ai Vicerè! It’s strategically located in an historic building (with a lift, the second oldest in Palermo) just a block from Teatro Massimo and minutes from Quattro Canto. The rooms are large, comfortable and authentically preserved. Luca is a welcoming host who speaks English fluently. The optional breakfast features traditional pastries and delicious cappuccinos. Ai Vicere should easily be rated three stars. I highly recommend it.
