The second time I was there was room N.3, always the first one, everything was perfect... Now the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired... A pair of black socks thrown away that turned white with dust in 2 minutes

Comoda, camera spaziosa. Disponibile Servizio navetta aereoporto su richiesta, efficiente e puntuale. Colazione buona sui dolci ma purtroppo poca presenza di prodotti salati. Personale gentile ed efficiente.

OK le lit des single est un.peu juste mais le matelas permet de récupérer la fatigue du marathon touristique. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter Palerme dans tous les chances à pied. Hormis Monreale bien sûr tout est a 10 ou 15mn a pied sans courir, le.plus long 25mn. L equipe est super sympa sans etre servile, à l ecoute pour donner les conseils de deplacement (monreale par ex). Petit déjeuner au choix (pas de buffet pas de gaspi) mais tres largement copieux ppir tenir jusqu'au soir.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our week stay at HOSPITALY HOUSE. It's a small hotel and in an excellent location, 10 minute walk to the historic town centre and the train station should you wish to visit nearby towns. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Many thanks to Emanuel, Giuseppe and Massimo for helping make our week in Palermo be so much fun. Highly recommend this hotel.

Facilities were modern, renovated, clean, and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful and there was literally not a single thing that we didn’t like during our stay. A really good price - quality balance!

L'hotel si trova in un quartiere popolare, vicino al Pronto Soccorso del Policlinico Universitario. Una struttura esempio di recupero urbano con stanze collocate in parte all'interno, in parte lungo le balconate di un cortile interno, tra aree relax e divanetti. La reception è giovanile e accogliente, chiude alle 20.00 - al momento del checkin vengono date le info su come entrare nella struttura (tastierino con codice). La stanza spaziosa, accogliente e luminosa, è dotata di aria condizionata, frigobar con rifornimento giornaliero (a pagamento) di acqua e bibite, cassaforte. Bagno molto spazioso con doccia e cromoterapia, fon e doccia/shampoo. Qualità del sonno buona, malgrado la vicinanza al PS Ospedaliero, nessun rumore molesto. Unico neo, pochi punti di appoggio liberi e necessità di una maggiore manutenzione del mobilio (usura da utilizzo). La distanza a piedi da alcuni punti di attrazione: mercato Ballarò (10 minuti), via Roma (12 minuti), Stazione Ferroviaria (15 minuti), San Giovanni degli Eremiti (10 minuti) Palazzo dei Normanni (15 minuti).
