Posizione ottima per visitare la città e dintorni, personale ospitale che ti sembra di conoscerli da sempre, per noi che amiamo le colazioni a buffet (perché il primo pasto è importantissimo) siamo rimasti sorpresi dalle loro colazioni "servite", abbondanti e sempre diverse facendoci assaggiare i loro prodotti tipici, ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Che dire di più? Se torniamo a Palermo, andremo sicuramente da Claudio e Danilo.

Struttura e staff meraviglioso, ragazzi che ti accolgono con cordialità e gentilezza. Riescono a darti tante attenzioni rendendo unica la struttura. Si trova in una splendida posizione di Palermo, nel salotto palermitano, ma la grande differenza la fa il modo meraviglioso di accoglienza e ospitalità degli host. Ormai per me è la scelta quando mi trovo a dover stare a Palermo: grazie di esistere!!!!!

Una struttura molto originale, dove si respira creatività e tanta passione. Posizione comoda per visitare il centro di Palermo. I titolari sono davvero attenti al confort degli ospiti. Colazione con prodotti tipici,di qualità eccellente, servita a tavola. Il check-in può anche essere effettuato fuori orario e viene spiegato in modo chiarissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Onze kamer ( Yellow) was ruim en leuk, kunstzinnig gedecoreerd . Dat geldt overigens voor de hele accommodatie. Vriendelijke uitbaters en attent personeel, super ontbijt (lokale specialiteiten) dat aan tafel wordt geserveerd. Ruim aanbod aan eetgelegenheden in de nabije omgeving. Als wij Palermo nog eens bezoeken, weten we waar we weer zullen slapen...

Molto soddisfatti sia dalla particolarità della struttura con ogni camera a tema diverso dipinte da vari artisti. Stanze fornite di tutto ciò che può servire persino un tablet. La colazione tipica siciliana con materie prime a km 0 eccellente . I 2 ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono squisiti ti fanno sentire a casa e ti forniscono ogni sorta di spiegazione e consigli. Ho prenotato 2 stanze tramite booking presso questa struttura e sono rimasta veramente colpita! Le stanze sono tutte diverse tra loro, ben arredate, pulite e anche con un bagno spazioso. All'interno della stanza, si può trovare oltre alla tv, un bollitore con tazze, caffè, the e camomilla; un mini frigo (con acqua all'interno) e un tablet da poter usare per guardare internet (cosa mai vista prima, almeno per me). Claudio è veramente una persona fantastica; sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutarti e a darti molti consigli utili per il soggiorno. La colazione è strabiliante, ho mangiato tantissime cose buone. Non è a buffet ma la portano loro direttamente al tavolo, facendo un mix di specialità locali. Mi sono sentita veramente coccolata in questa struttura, sembrava di essere a casa. Lo consiglio assolutamente!!

Dalle ceneri di un vecchio hotel, Afea è un' affittacamere ristrutturato con intelligenza e gusto. La camera 22 dove abbiamo soggiornato era spaziosa, carina e funzionale. La posizione è strategica sia per raggiungere il porto, sia per il centro città. I proprietari sono persone piacevoli e pronti a venirti in contro per qualsiasi necessità.
