It was a rainy day on our entry, we parked our car at the gate and walked under rain and waited at the main gate for 10 minutes more until the receptionist opened the door. We were as wet as rats until welcomed to main building after a 100 meters more walking. Hotel is a fantastic old palace like building, architecture is breath taking, it gives a different sprit, however rooms are at base level with small windows, most probably which were servant rooms originally, not suitable to spend much time. Hotel is away from Palermo center, if you don't plan to use car, it will be very hard to manage your Palermo visit. Breakfast was excellent, the lady serving the breakfast was so friendly and so helpful. After spending 4 days in Palermo, I would say, Gattopardo was ok but we saw better alternatives in the city center with the same price range.

L’hotel si presenta in condizioni impeccabili, lo staff è disponibile e gentile in tutti gli aspetti del servizio clienti, anche qualora si presentasse un qualsiasi imprevisto per cui sanno subito rimediare, facendo dimenticare il problema che si è creato. location nuova ristrutturata da poco camere eleganti e confortevoli.

Un compleanno tra I migliori...sono stata coccolata...festeggiata...massaggiata dalle mani magiche di Ivana... Il Direttore che ci ha fatto visitare la Villa... le ragazze dello staff speciali,vere professioniste,gentili e preparate,tutto perfetto,una location stupenda,la SPA, le fontane danzanti,la rosa rossa,sembrava un sogno,lo consiglio a tutti,ne vale la pena..Dimenticavo..la torta solo per me e mio marito..squisita!

Soggiorno indimenticabile. La location è unica e lo staff ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli. Bellissimi anche il giardino e la fontana musicale. La colazione è servita in una sala affrescata e merita già da sé il soggiorno. Grazie per l'ospitalità e complimenti!

Un particolare soggiorno in occasione di un concerto al Velodromo di Palermo, l’abbiamo scelto per la sua posizione, strategica ai nostri fini, incuriosito di rivivere i fasti del “Gattopardo “. Risultato: uno splendido salto nella vecchia nobiltà palermitana in una villa perfettamente ristrutturata, un oasi di tranquillità e di bellezza che fa rivivere i fasti di un tempo, accoglienza molto cordiale del personale ed un’ottima colazione, soggiorno da ripetere alla prima occasione. Hotel located somewhat out of town with little ‘neighbourhood’ to speak of - need transportation to go anywhere. A slightly complicated system of remote control arrival gates to get in/out. Extensive gardens are newly developed with a feature water fountain but core villa building is historic. Re-modeled rooms lack light and layout is fit around old building structure, with tight bathroom facilities. Bed linen is elaborate vintage with crochet and handmade embroidery. Comprehensive breakfast in classic dining room and a ‘to-go’ box when needed for early checkout. Staff were very helpful.

Un posto meraviglioso dove tradizione e modernità si mescolano in un ambiente da sogno. Stanze, arredi e complementi sono studiati per dare completezza ed continuità agli ambienti; Fiori freschi, Tovaglie e lenzuola di lino ricamati ti trasportano in un ambiente raffinato e romantico, d altri tempi. Chef bravissimo, tutto buonissimo e freschissimo. Inoltre ringraziamo tutto lo staff per l estrema gentilezza e disponibilità che ha reso il nostro arrivo a Palermo indimenticabile.
