The hotel is very nice and the receptionist is very friendly. Only that when I arrived I could not enter the hotel since they have a virtual reception and they did not respond quickly.
I would repeat, but it seems to me that it does not meet the price-quality ratio.

This accommodation should have closed during building/renovation works, which might have reduced the multitude of problems arising for all their guests, not just us... The breakfast advertised on their website was not available, so we ate in a lovely 3☆ downstairs for a few euros. Interestingly, this other lovely hotel with courteous, helpful staff,, charge the same price as bio. Wish we'd booked here instead!

Ho soggiornato dal 5 al 10 aprile e sono rimasta molto delusa !LA stanza era piccola.i letti brande militari con materassi scivolosi ,la mancanza della prima colazione ,sarebbe bastato un dispenser,la mancanza di personale al pomeriggio e alla sera|Unico lato positivo Alessio gentilissimo,preparato e cortesissimo!Peccato perchèla posizione centralissima,il terrazzo al 7piano mi avevano attrattaNon parliamo poi della biancheria bagno sfi lacciata con buchi|

Posizione e grandezza della stanza ottimali. Abbiamo però avuto un problema con l'acqua. Avevamo un impegno di lavoro e l'acqua non c'era e siamo stati costretti a lavarci con le bottiglie di acqua centellinate dalla struttura. Queste situazioni non dovrebbero capitare o per lo meno le strutture ricettive dovrebbero avere una riserva sempre attiva così da garantire ai clienti la continua presenza di acqua. Inoltre colazione senza glutine non presente.

Hotel con una buona posizione e arredamento carino, ma poca attenzione alla pulizia. La camera era sporchissima, comodini, pavimento e tende pieni di polvere, dietro la porta del bagno accumulo di capelli e laniccia. Bagno senza bidet e doccia piena di muffa e anche attappata. Reception inesistente a parte al momento del check-in, in realtà il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato super gentile e ci ha consigliato cosa visitare a Palermo quindi è davvero un peccato. Non essendo tra i più economici dovreste offrire un servizio migliore.

I stayed three nights for business reasons in this hotel located in the heart of Palermo on the seventh floor of the building. The point is excellent if you want to go around the city, and have many commercial activities available. I stayed in a fairly large and comfortable double room with a small terrace and an almost new bathroom. For the rest, unfortunately, I have no positive words to spend. Physical reception, daily cleaning and non-existent towel change; small hall with a kitchen in a total state of abandonment and decay. I was lucky to have hot water as some colleagues took cold showers. The first night the blow dryer didn't work and I kept my hair wet all night and the conditioner takes maybe two hours to heat up. The owner (or delegate, I apologize if I'm wrong) was quite willing to accommodate our requests but it was only possible to contact him by phone or via WhatsApp and not even immediately. I want to think that the difficulties of recent years have affected the quality of the place, but I think it can still improve, a few simple precautions of order, cleanliness and availability are enough. I'm giving three stars for encouragement.

Nice and safe neighborhood and near the shopping area. Receptionist was very helpful via whatsapp. Clean room and comfortable bed. Overall this mini hotel was nice. Disliked · The outdoor hot tub was dirty and covered with some construction tarp. It didn't look good at all. On the last day I was told that I had to speak to the google device in Italian language in order to get hot water running into the outdoor tub. The terrace was not in best shape and sadly we didn't use it at all.

The hotel location is good, the bed comfortable and the shower worked well BUT there were a lot of shortcomings. The room was tired and the balcony very tatty.The light fittings were insufficient. The main light was on the wall, hanging very low just above a table. It came out of the wall and the fitting was almost falling out. It was just held by one loose screw.On the first day we asked for an extra lamp because we were able to see to read in bed, nothing extra was provided. We felt that the 'Bio' label was an excuse for poor quality fittings and service. It was not like the photos on the website.

We booked after reading mixed reviews. This is a city centre hotel set with large building with mixed retail and hotel use. There is a lift to the 7th (provided the door has been closed after departing the lift) We arrived at 22:30 from the airport by car. We had been provided with an access code for entry as the reception is only manned between 09:00 and 12:00 everyday. There is a very responsive WhatsApp virtual reception which I found to be excellent when I needed to contact them. The room itself was clean and basic but had almost everything we needed (a complimentary tea and coffee tray would be nice). There was a spa on the balcony which was uncovered when we arrived. We never used it as it looked like it had not been covered for a long time. There is significant road and city noise. I took earplugs, it was fine. Excellent location to explore all of the sites in Palermo.
