Situato in una bella palazzina con ascensore, l'hotel concordia ci ha coccolato. bella stanza, bella colazione, bella vista. La zona di via Roma è comoda a tutto. A 5/10 Min da cattedrale. Scelto per il budget e ci ritorneremo. Grazie

El hotel está muy céntrico , situado estupendamente para disfrutar de la ciudad y poder descansar o pasar por el hotel cuando quieras, cerca de restaurantes y monumentos. El personal muy agradable. Muy buena relación calidad - precio. El desayuno muy bien. El wifi muy lento o casi inexistente.

Oltre ogni aspettativa considerando che è una pensioncina, 1 stella. Non si vende per quello che non è, e questo dovrebbe essere sempre chiaro ai clienti. PREZZO IPERCONVENIENTE Al 4 piano di un palazzo, con n comodo ascensore. Possibilità di check-in a tarda ora Camera pulita ampia, rifatta ogni giorno. Biancheria in abbondanza, e così set di cortesia al bagno.. TV Wifi, aria condizionata silenziosa, insonorizzazione perfetta. Colazione semplice ma completa: dolce e salato, personale attento che al piccolo buffet non manchi mai nulla. Disponibilità a fornire caffè doppio. IMPORTANTE: anche senza preavviso viene fornito ane per celiaci Posizione fantastica: area stazione non è mai elegante in qualsiasi città, ma è talmente centrale (non ZTL) da fare dimenticare le pecche. Personale sempre presente e gentilissimo. Al check out un piccolo souvenir: non conta il valore ma il gesto. Sarebbe perfettissimo se il bagno potesse essere un pochino più ampio e moderno. Ma è igienizzato, pulito, e questo lo rende comunque ottimo CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Personnel très courtois, vaste chambre climatisée, localisation centrale. La douche était un peu bouchée et le petit déjeuner pas génial (jus industriels, biscottes en sachet et pain industriel), et surtout pas climatisé alors qu’il faisait 37 degrés. Mais tout cela très sympa et pas très cher. Donc RAS.

We booked a room in advance and looked forward to staying in the city. The room we’ve got was awful. It has mold and a very strong smell of sewage water (in all the room, not just the bathroom). We asked the receptionist to switch rooms. First, he gave us a show where he said he doesn’t smell anything, though he has nothing to say about the black mold over the wall. He said they don’t have a different room, so we can take the money and go to a different place. He said that without consulting his manager (which he needed for other basic logistics/decisions), so I’m guessing it’s not the first time it happens. He didn’t apologize, and when returning the money he asked for my phone, where he marked “reason for canceling” in my booking app as “found another accommodation”. We needed to look for another place to stay, where it was around 1900, and that’s how we spent our last night of the trip.
