Be aware of the area. The hotel is located in a very old run down part of town. Its safe enough once you get comfortable with the area. It is centrally located and walkable.
They need to train their maids. The conditioner had shampoo and so did the shampoo container. The shower gel was broken and when I mentioned it they just said yes. There was a soap dish near the sink but no soap!, i asked and was told to take the body wash from the shower. I insisted i get a bar of soap. Bed was thrown together. Breakfast is outstanding.

The property should make it more clear which rooms are within the hotel and which are the apar**ents nearby. The latter are less convenient. The hotel restaurant with a mini-pool was lovely and the staff was very friendly and generous. The reception team was less friendly and accommodating. Overall, a mixed experience. I suspect the stay at the hotel would be have been just fine. Good luck, enjoy Palermo!

I enjoyed very much my stay in Casa Nostra B&B room. The location is very good, walking distance from the opera and main walking/shopping street. There were two B&B rooms with the possibility to use the kitchen. There was also common dining area.
The bed was very good, same with the cushions. The breakfast was wonderful! Every morning a little different which made it even more interesting. The only problem was that I ate too much because everything was so good :-) The breakfast was served in a different building but that was not a problem at all.

Fantastisches Frühstücks-Buffee.
Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
Sehr gute zentrale Lage in Palermo.
Man erhielt vor Ankunft wichtige, konkrete Anweisungen für das Navi, da man sonst in den engen Gassen fest hängt.
Wenige Gehminuten zum Haupt-Haus. Man wird dorthin begleitet.
Geräumig. Auch das Badezimmer.
Allerdings sollte in unserem Bad Kaputtes/Abgebrochenes ersetzt werden. Z. B. Duschablage. Ist nicht erst seit gestern so.
Ansonsten top.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I would not recommend this at all. We only found out this photo ad is a B&B and it is about few minutes walk from the main. As this establishment ARE not at desirable location and DO NOT have lift at all . I can not imagine what will happen if the staff CAN NOT help us with carrying 2 suitcases to the 4th stories room over an injured back !!!

Very nice small/medium sized boutique hotel. Sleek minimalist style in contrast to many other options in Palermo. Still being constructed in parts so everything fresh. Sound proofing in rooms not great though so keep fingers crossed for quiet neighbors. We were very nicely received at check-in, even though it was in after hours due to a delayed flight. Service at breakfast, however, was somewhat disorganized and frustrating, content wise nothing to complain or write home about. At a very good price point for what you get. All in all happy with our choice.

Die Unterkunft lag im 4 Stock, ohne Aufzug was die Koffer hochbringen sehr anstrengenden machte. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und reichte nicht bis ins Badezimmer, daher war das Badezimmer sehr heiß. Die Umgebung war sehr laut, da neben des Hauses eine Bar liegt und ein Markt. Außerdem war der Flughafentransfer nicht kostenlos, sondern hätte 40 Euro gekostet. Ich habe mich dann dagegen entschieden.
