E' l'hotel piu' bello non solo di Hanioti ma di tutta Kassandra. Tutto in pietra, pieno di gusto dentro e fuori. La sera con tutte quelle lucette aveva un'atmosfera magina A noi hanno dato una bellissima stanza a piano terra, con un grande patio davanti contenente due lettini in legno, tavolino e due sedie. Veramente bello, oltretutto protetto da paratie in legno bianche. La stanza decorata magnificamente con dei particolari semplici ma d'effetto, capiente e comoda cosi' come il bagno Peccato per lo sportello del frigorifero rotto, cadeva ogni volta che l'aprivamo, pero' per essere sincera, non l'ho fatto presente altrimenti credo l'avrebbero sistemato subito. Peccato anche per le donne delle pulizie che dimenticavano sempre qualcosa fino ad un giorno in cui, cambiando le lenzuola non hanno visto che c'era sopra il mio cellulare e quindi hanno buttato tutto insieme nel bidone della lavanderia. Questa e' stata una cosa pericolosissima. ù Che facevo senza cellulare ? fortunatamente ho capito subito cosa poteva essere successo ed ho bloccato immediatamente il pericolo Invece devo fare i complimenti alla cuoca. Cucina in diretta, tutto e' buono anzi ottimo e tutto e' immediatamente rifornito. Un servizio eccellente. Lei gentile e pulita. Un plauso senza ombra di dubbio L'hotel e' vicino al bellissimo paesino di Hanioti per girare la sera, ha proprio di fronte una eccellente taverna ed un ottimo rent a car che si chiama Lord. Un peccato che tutte le fioriere dei piani superiori non fossero gia' piene di fiori. Probabilmente lo faranno successivamente ma sarebbe stato bello per me vederlo come lo avevo visto dalle foto su *********** Consiglio, senza ombra di dubbio a tutti, questo boutique hotel.... non cercate altrove.... e' come tornare a casa

Genoten in dit mooie hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Alles was super netjes en schoon en het is een mooie locatie. Het ligt vlakbij het centrum en het strand . In één woord geweldig! We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Even before the start of the pandemic in February 2020, I booked this hotel (2 rooms) for September through Mouzenidis Travel. I contacted them on whatsapp and the booking was confirmed. I am sure that even then they received an advance payment (and possibly full payment) from the tour operator. I work in tourism and know a little about the mechanisms of interaction. The hotel will not keep the reservation for six months without prepayment. Then there were no problems with Mouzenidis. Then the pandemic came, the borders were closed, the tour had to be postponed for a year. Well, then, because of the well-known situation with Mouzenidis Travel, it was not possible to get to the hotel. It is clear that TO did not return the money to us. I wrote to the hotel, hoping for decency, or at least feedback (there were questions), but alas, the hotel stopped communicating and giving at least some information. Although the network appears regularly and even reads messages. After that, as a travel agent, I will never, under any circumstances, advise tourists to contact this accommodation facility. Complete indifference and unwillingness to help at least somehow resolve the situation directly (for example, the willingness to settle us without the participation of Mouzenidis, they were ready to pay extra if necessary). But no. Dear hotel representative, you do not value tourists, you do not need them. You won't have them.

A beautiful hotel, in a nice location with easy access to every destination. The staff very friendly and kind, but where I want to give my compliments, is to the breakfast cook. Besides it was an excellent breakfast, the lady because she saw me drinking only coffee (that's how I usually do in the morning and then I eat) asked me if I would like something else so she could cook it for me as well as for my child, a wonderful person I have say, well done for your choice !!! We stayed in the two-story suite, truly a beautiful room. The only possible negatives of the room were that the living room outside, while there is a divider, is next to the ones next door (maybe we squatted down and noticed it) and what's more, the toilet cistern needs to be changed.
