They made us feel welcome throughout. Our room was consistently clean, cozy, and well-kept—exactly what you’d hope for in a relaxing getaway. The food was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. The entire place had such a beautiful energy that i even got emotional when it was time to leave. That says it all. Overall, a perfect experience. I’m giving it a solid 10 out of 10 and will absolutely be coming back."

"Beautiful little quite resort, staff very welcoming , rooms lovely and clean. The cleaning staff freshen the rooms every day and do a fantastic job. Breakfast is fresh with a nice verity of hot and cold foods for all nationalities. The manager Yannis is a joy to be around and is very helpful. The two boys who look after the pool and bar area , can’t do enough for you. Would definitely come again. Just what the doctor ordered, to to relax"

"The hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast is simple and lacks variety. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The pool is great, but there's no cafeteria. The lady in the restaurant is wonderful and friendly, and they offer a delicious menu. The beach is about a 6-minute walk away, and the hotel provides a sun umbrella. Room cleaning needs more attention. You'll need to rent a car to get around to important places and beaches."

Renaissance Hanioti Resort

"Location of the hotel is only that is good, very close to the beach 3 min away walking ( we paid 10 euros of sunbeds) and 3 min walking to the center where is all shops and restaurants. Staff was very unpleasant and unprofessional, especially lady with black hair that was working during the first shift for breakfast, there was as no name tags. We’re we’re with 2 years old kid and felt so unpleasant and uncomfortable. The staff was only polite to the Greeks, and to the others not so much. Rooms are very old, we paid for junior suite room where we had small kitchen but without any dishes, just mugs, so we had to buy small dish how we can prepare soup for kid. Furniture is old but fine, bed was very uncomfortable. In general room is big with a great balcony. Garden and pool is good. Breakfast is so so poor for the hotel of 4 star, few things every day. We booked parking spaces and we had one inside the resort until Greeks came and took the parking spaces while we was out, and they gave us outside of the hotel for the rest of the days. In general we will not come back and not recommended to the other, except you are Greek. Hotel can be very good if they change staff, food and more things for kids, as there was a lot of family with small kids."

"The Flegra Palace is an exceptional hotel. It has the feel of a boutique hotel and the rooms are delightful, tasteful and spacious. It is spotlessly clean and drinks are very reasonably priced with a lovely menu should you choose to eat there. Breakfast is the same every day, but plentiful with a large choice catering for every taste. It is a stones throw from the beach which is gorgeous and sandy, giving you an option from the pool and a nice selection of different restaurants to eat at. However, the very best thing about the hotel is the staff, headed up by the fabulous Mary. Nothing is too much trouble always there to help, but creating a relaxing happy ambiance. I cannot rate it highly enough and hope to return taking family and friends with us. ❤️"
