Fabulous holiday with my daughter (August 2022), we made amazing friends, the hotel isn't luxurious but it had everything we needed. The food wasn't great but we usually food something to eat. The staff were all fabulous. Its a 15 minute walk down to the beach / town and then back up the hill which might be difficult for some - but there is also a shuttle bus that runs. Our room was a bit dated but they were in the process of updating them all.

The Atrium Hotel is a true gem! The bartenders amazed us with their creative cocktails, and Kamil's restaurant offered unique flavors that delighted our taste buds. The pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it to every young person! We also want to express our gratitude to Kamil and all the waitstaff for making our vacation truly special!

Well where do I start? This is the second time visiting this hotel after the first stay made us want to come back with our 2 young kids. First stay the choice of food wasn't massive but it was enough and enjoyable the snacks was just cake and ice cream The staff were super friendly The entertainment for the kids in the evening was pretty decent Overall a really pleasant good experience which made us go back this year Fast forward to now after months of excitement and waiting it was time to go When we got there the excitement was unreal 10 days of sun and fun as a family of 11 going out this year The excitement soon turned to disappointment when the food choice was either dry chicken or pork every single day (we all had sickness and diarrhoea from the food) Then the pool 7 kids all excited to go swimming turned to anxiety as when swimming they were being recorded by a restaurant staff member and his gf another male and his gf (what kind of people record kids in a pool?) with constant remarks being made towards all of us Told reception but as the comments and laughs at us continued I'm guessing nothing was done about it. The rooms were cleaned everyday and always tidy I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless it was just to sleep in and not eat The pool is freezing cold but it's not so bad after being in for a while just don't get out and go back in Overall the holiday was good we got to go explore the nearby villages Very disappointing which had tared last years (2022) amazing experience I never leave reviews but think people need to be mindful of having staff member and gf recording kids in the swimming pool

Asked the receptionist for help with our transfer coach, she was kind enough to help but also asked for €20 upfront, promised me and my partner that we would only have to pay €30 once we got on the coach. Sophia knew that during the transfer we wouldn’t be able to prove or complain that we gave her €20, when we arrived at the coach transfer the driver asked for an additional €50 (€25 per person) We explained the situation, contacted reception and obviously someone else spoke on behalf of Sophia as she lied to us. Supposedly we didn’t pay her anything, this left us extremely frustrated as she clearly stole €20 from us. In the end, the Atrium mini bus driver who sadly I didn’t get his name, gave us an extra €10 as we didn’t have enough cash physically to pay the driver, since we planned on only having the necessary €30 as PROMISED by Sophia. 3-star hotel at best, the workers are possibly some of the nicest people we’ve met. Alex, Anna, Frank, Julia, Filip and Jakob are all 5-stars. Definitely not coming back.

Had the most relaxing, chilled stay which is exactly what we wanted in beautiful surroundings. Our room was spacious for a family of 3 and cleaned every day. Looked forward to meals in the restaurant as there was a great choice on offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as afternoon snacks in the bar if you were still peckish! There was always room around the pool no need to fight for beds and the shuttle service to the beach was a nice touch which we took advantage of for a change of scenery. Overall we were all very happy and were sad to leave which is always a good sign of great holiday 😊

The hotel may have been 4* when first built but it doesn’t present as such any longer. If you accept that it is really a 3* then you won’t be disappointed. The staff were friendly and the rooms were kept clean enough. The rooms were fine, nothing extravagant (there is a tv, a small kettle and some coffee/tea things, a safe and mini fridge in the room). The AC was fine for the time of year we went (average temperature during the day was 26° and at night around 20°, if it had been hotter then the AC may not have been powerful enough for my liking). The pool areas are fine, there is a large pool with a smaller splash pool connected to it, then a smaller pool at the far end and a kids pool at the bottom near the tennis/volley ball court). The water temperature of the pool was very cold but that didn’t seem to put anyone off using them. There were plenty of sun beds and even some cabanas so there was no shortage for people to use. The restaurant was adequate, nothing fancy but we always managed to find something to eat. It comprised of a buffet style with soup of the day, pasta and a separate sauce and a good salad selection. There was a choice of other things which changed daily (usually a meat option, fish and something veggie). If you are expecting a top quality eating experience then you will be disappointed, however, as mentioned if you go in with the expectation that what you are getting is a 3* experience then you won’t be disappointed. The bar was fine, there is a cocktail of the day which you can get as many as you want. There’s also a choice of local alcohol as part of the all inclusive but if you want the better quality stuff you have to pay for it (as an example a Bombay sapphire and mixer was €9). The entertainment was a bit hit and miss, there was a mini disco for kids each evening and then some form of entertainment for adults (film night, quiz night, bingo etc) it wasn’t for us and was a bit basic but nothing too horrendous. There was also water aerobics during the day and table tennis and table football tournaments also. There is free table tennis (you just give a returnable deposit to use the equipment) however, the other handing equipment you have to pay for (table football and pool table). The hotel is up quite a steep hill but there is a shuttle service that runs during the day (the last one is about 7pm). The main resort is about 10 minutes down the hill but the walk does take you through the old part of Pefekhori so it was nice to get a more authentic experience of the area than the main promenade gives you. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would come again. It’s sufficiently away from the main part of Pefekhori that you are afforded a nice quiet hotel to relax in but also close enough to allow you to venture out in the evening. As for Pefekhori itself, it’s a lovely little area, a nice beach with lots of beach bars and restaurants (however if you travel a further 5 miles down the coast you will find Glavocaro

Had a really nice break but do feel the AI option offering is very poor. Positives: Modern room, not lots of storage but extra hangers were not a problem Room cleaned daily with fresh towels Friendly reception and bar staff Nice large pool with lots of space around the pool area and sunloungers available Good shuttle service to Pefkohori beach Nice breakfast in the restaurant Negatives: Food quality is poor. Not a great choice at lunch and dinner. There is good options at the pool bar but you have to pay. Not a huge range of drinks and snacks at pool bar. Have to pay for Greek coffee, palatable wine etc.. A little walk away from the town (although this is highlighted) Limited entertainment There are some lovely restaurants and tavernas in Pefkohori which are good value for money which just highlights that the Atrium is just not good value for the quality that you get. I wouldn’t personally stay here again but would come back to Pefkohori.
