Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa and Casino

Good and beverage was reasonably priced compared to other hotel chains.  Balconies are small with no room for sitting, however, lobby area was a great place to have morning coffee and relax.  Will go back!

We had a wonderful stay. My only compliant was having to be at the towel hut by 9am to check in for the umbrellas that we rented in advance and were paying for each day.

We had our honeymoon here and it was Everything we could have hoped for.

Excellent resort area.

Hotel location and landscaping are outstanding. Close to all exterior and beach restaurants. Pools are nice and night swim feels good since the water is warm. The only negative point is thhe breakfast(so so basic for a 5 star hotel like Hyatt)

Wonderful location. From the minute you arrive and are treated outside by Juan to the front desk with Angelica. There is nothing but good spirits and a sense of relaxation. Hotel room with an incredible oceanfront view and coffee bar to get you going. Morning breakfast is wonderful with amazing breakfast delights and an omelette bar. People like Maria make sure to get you settled with coffee and orange juice. Maria is super attentive with kindness and cheer and helps get your morning started. Cora at concierge helps find wonderful activities. At check out we see Angelica again whose kindness makes you feel that you have a new friend in Aruba. All in all Hyatt Aruba is a must from great food, wonderful caring team and gorgeous property with all the amenities.

This was our third stay at the Hyatt Regency Aruba, and it continues to exceed our expectations every single time! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. A special thank you to Coral, the concierge manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She made everything so easy and was always happy to assist with anything we needed. We also want to recognize Edward, one of the bellmen, who was friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Team members like Coral and Edward are a big reason we keep coming back. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is spotless and beautifully maintained, from the rooms to the pools and the lush tropical landscaping. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the property pristine. One of the best parts of staying here is the location. The Hyatt Regency is right in the heart of Palm Beach, making it so easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. We hardly needed transportation because everything was just steps away. The food throughout the resort was absolutely delightful, and we especially looked forward to breakfast at Palms each morning. The staff there are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cheerful. They started every morning with smiles and positive energy, putting us in a great mood before we even left for the day. Aruba itself is one of the friendliest places we’ve ever visited. The people are incredibly welcoming, and it’s such a wonderful destination for families with children as well as travelers of all ages. We always felt safe, comfortable, and appreciated wherever we went. The fact that this was our third visit says it all—we keep coming back because everything about this resort is exceptional. If you’re looking for a beautiful resort with outstanding service, an unbeatable location, amazing food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, the Hyatt Regency Aruba is the perfect choice. We can’t wait for our fourth visit!

This was our 3rd stay at the beautiful Hyatt Regency on Palm Beach in Aruba. I’ve read some recent reviews and have doubts that they’re actually valid. Just look and some of them only have or two actual reviews on Trip Advisor. 1 actually said that there’s a limited menu at the breakfast buffet. This couldn’t be farther from the truth as they have literally every type of fresh breakfast food available, including custom omelet, waffle and crepe stations. The staff was very attentive and they should be commended. Again, you’ll always see people cleaning and scrubbing this resort to the best of their abilities. The hotel staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and the grounds are impeccable. A special shout out to the concierge. A very wonderful woman named Coral helped us tremendously. We had somewhat medical emergency and this was handled through Coral and the on call hotel doctor with ease. She was absolutely wonderful and should be commended. Another commendation should go out to the entire housekeeping staff. Our room was absolutely clean and ready every single day. When we checked in we needed a cot and some extra pillows and linens. I guess we were lucky and had 3 housekeepers tend to our needs immediately. The only thing I would say could improve and I mentioned this before is the swim up bar. The bartenders are not usually friendly and could definitely need some personality adjustments. I realize they are usually busy but it seems like you’re actually bothering them when you try to order drinks or food. I had suggested this in the past to try and play some nice Caribbean music, but this also is only once in a while. The entire vibe at the swim up bar could be improved. I can’t say enough good things about the Hyatt Regency in Aruba. The only way to really find out is to try it yourself. To the management and staff, keep up the great work and we will be back soon! Just please oh please get these swim up bartenders to be friendlier and nicer.
