"Location was ok, near to bus stops and Coles. Plenty of eateries. Place is clean. Toilets are plenty even though it is sharing basis, you will never have to wait. However it is outside the tram network, if your travel is very early outside the bus service hours, the only choice is UBER. And you will need a local Australian SIM. Not much service as the Receptionist is rarely there. There should be more info on arrival like a poster or something outside the door. You arrived and the door is locked and no one is there, there is no bell or camera or anyone to assist you. You have to pray and hope a guest is going into the hotel and you sneak in. If not, hard luck. If you somehow lost your access card in the middle of the night, may God be with you as there is no one there."

"This place is an excellent place to stay. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, communication was great! Our apartment was so good, it had everything we needed within the apartment for a 5 night stay. Clothes washing and drying facilities etc. The apartment was very clean and bright. The view was absolutely amazing. There was a large indoor undercover pool, which was a very pleasant temperature. The spa and sauna were so warm. Great seating areas around the pool. Outdoors has an extensive BBQ area, really nice, and leaving the apartment block takes you straight onto Palm Beach, which was patrolled a few days. A short walk on the beach takes you to a lovely surf club cafe which was lovely. We have stayed at many places along this coast and this has been our favourite so far."

"We only stayed here for two nights. Staff were very friendly both in person and by email and they were happy to organise a late check in and to leave our bags there if required before checking in. The location is perfect, especially for families. Right on the beach, next door to the lagoon and the Pirate Park playground. Easy and secure underground carparking. Gardens and pool area are lovely. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed, if a little dated. The downsides of our stay here were that we booked a "Pool View" apartment and we were nowhere near the pool. In fact, we were on the very outside of the complex, which also caused issues with internet coverage. Had we been staying longer I would have requested to be moved. All in all we enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again."

"The staff at Red Star Palm Beach were lovely, and worked with us to make sure we had a place to stay the night after our last-minute flight cancellation. Even though there limited rooms due to the chaotic rush of bookings from the flight cancellations, we were welcomed warmly and well-looked after. The room was lovely, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed."
