We were on our honeymoon. We were given a welcome drink only after we asked, we didn't have any special decoration. Despite the good cleaning and good room, the maid did not replace the liquid soap for 2 days. Cafe food is good.

The reception staff's work was very slow, they did not check information properly, and they made repeated mistakes, so it took 2 hours to check in. The employee didn't seem sorry and just told me to keep waiting. The stay was not enjoyable due to the very unfriendly attitude at check-in.

Been coming to the Marriott Ocean an Surf Clubs and only recently discovered this gem. Off of Palm Beach, behind the Riu, the resort has daily access to the beach with friendly shuttle drivers. Friendly staff every where you look, always ready to help. Spotless facilities to include the pool, Allegro restaurant, and accommodations. Rooms have a lounger and internet large screen TV. What I loved was the spacious stand up shower with overhead and wand options. A big shout out to Bryan, one of the managers, Daniel, one of the pool attendants, and Franco, one of the bellmen. The infectious smiles and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay. Cortyard Marriott, we will be seeing you as a part of our twice yearly Aruba visit.

Stayed there last week for 4 nights. For the rooms facing south-east, so much noise until 3am with very loud music. One staff member even said she's not aware of such problem. Another staff said sorry for the inconvenience but there is nothing they can do. I even tried ear plugs which didn't help either. I don't want blame employees working there though. The management team must have known this issue for a while and choose not to take any action. Isn't a reasonably quite room for a good sleep the first basic to any hotel?

The property is great, honestly. However the management is horrible. We arrived Thursday and they told us they overbooked the entire resort and transferred us to another hotel. When we came back the next day for our eventual check in, they explained to us that they will not give us a one night refund because “the other hotel costed them a lot of money” which, if I can understand is not our fault in the first place. There were maybe 2 people who worked their that were kind and helpful however most of the workers deliberately ignored me when I would stand in line at the front desk or ask for help on directions or a taxi. I understand they were dealing with a lot because they turned away a ton of their own customers however this treatment was beyond horrible and definitely not worth it. I don’t care how good the prices were, do not. Stay. Here.

Nos bloquearon la tarjeta en concepto de garantia por 900 dolares , y cuando llegamos a nuestro destino se habían cobrado 455 dolares en concepto de servicios, no los impuestos ya estaban pagos pagos con anterioridad. Cuando uno paga dice que incluye todo hasta desayuno , es una mentira. Una vergüenza y dicen que es por usar los servicios como la pileta. El personal de recepción un desastre una lastima que ensucian a la cadena Hilton.

This property has to improve their electronic key system. The keys we had for our room somehow got deactivated 4 or 5 times and had to go down to the the reception desk to get them acticated; which was annoying. The other that was annoying was that there was only one elevator, which was inconvenient to guests who were on the other side of the hotel especially when you had luggage
