Estávamos em lua de mel. Nos deram welcome drink somente após pedirmos, não tivemos nenhuma decoração especial. Apesar da boa limpeza e bom quarto, a camareira não repôs o sabão líquido 2 dias. Comida do café é boa.

리셉션 직원 업무처리가 아주 느리고, 제대로 정보 확인을 하지 않고, 실수를 반복해서 체크인하는데 2시간이 걸렸다. 직원은 미안한 기색도 없이 계속 기다리라고만 하였다. 체크인 할 때의 아주 불친절한 태도로 인하여 숙박이 즐겁지 않았다.

Excelente hotel en todos los aspectos, limpieza, atención, comida, piscina, transporte a la playa Eagle, zona y ubicación. Nos gustó mucho el desayuno incluido tipo buffet. La comida a la carta es exquisita. Es muy cerca a la zona comercial de Palm Beach.

Ho soggiornato da sola in questa struttura per una settimana e mi sono trovata benissimo. Il resort è bello, intimo e raccolto, a misura d'uomo a differenza di molti "ecomostri" nelle vicinanze. La mia stanza era molto grande, con tutte le comodità e come fiore all'occhiello una bella vasca accanto al letto, materasso e cuscini molto confortevoli per un'ottima qualità del sonno. Bella e spaziosa la piscina e squisiti i cocktail fruttati. Esperienza positiva anche nel ristorante Allegra, sia per quanto riguarda la colazione che la cena. Personale cordiale, sorridente e disponibile. Molto efficiente il banco escursioni, ho organizzato con loro la mia settimana sull'isola tra le tante attività da fare e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Buona la posizione, a due passi dalla zona dei locali e a poco meno di mezz'ora a piedi dalla favolosa Eagle Beach. Unica pecca l'organizzazione del punto mare: mi aspetto di trovare comodi ombrelloni, invece per chi desidera l'ombra i lettini vengono collocati sotto gli alberi, dove possibile in quel momento in base alla posizione del sole. Suggerisco di migliorare questo aspetto.

We really enjoyed our time in Aruba and Courtyard did not disappoint. The resort was kept clean and the staff was very friendly. Their friendliness not forced but genuine and made us feel very welcome. The food at the restaurant was amazing and Zully was the star of the show. Her smile, kind words and connection she creates with her customers brightened our days. On the last day we hugged each other like good old friends. I will miss Aruba and I will miss Zully for sure! Thank you Zully for taking such good care of us:)

The room was great the lady named Merta ( from Haiti) was so sweet n nice and so thorough in straightening up my room. Sennen was so sweet and adorable and just like Merta he always had a smile on his face (he is the pool guy) and is always ready to offer towels and pool toys. The front desk Staff is truly amazing and I truly connected with Derienne she is a joy. Zully and Rosiene are gifts from God. They go above and beyond and went above and beyond to make my stay sweet, enjoyable and simply Wonderful. To be honest everyone I spoke of went above and beyond.. I was bless to meet the young lady during my mini massage. I truly love the way you offered us the free 10 minute massage and dessert/ or appetizer. The grounds are Gorgeous and Franco with them welcome drinks started the ball rolling for me…. God BlessHim. I will be back to Aruna this was first time and it was extraordinary…. Oh and having a shuttle to the beach throughout the day is God Sent for solo travelers like me. Thank you Courtyard Aruba Resort. Last but not least… The Food was so delicious and the breakfast buffet was Amazing everyday. The dinner at this resort was sooo tasty and fresh good. The omelettes are sooooo Good. Also Eddie the restaurant mgr is very efficient and moves fast…Good Man.

Marlene very helpful and gave my husband and I excellent food service as well as good food recommendations since I have seafood allergies. It's always a pleasure to arrive somewhere new and given warm greetings. I absolutely recommend coming out to the Marriott and see Marlene. 😉

We loved this hotel. It was very relaxing and the staff was awesome! Daniel and Oscar at the pool bar took great care of us and Zully at the restaurant kept us laughing! Everyone from the desk, the pool the restaurant the bellmen and housekeeping were all fantastic! The free breakfast was great and lunch and dinners were also very good. Shuttle was always available to take us over to the beach where Vladimir quickly got us chairs, towels and water. And to top it off it was affordable! We will be back!
