We had been to this Hilton many times and are familiar with the property. However, this time we got an upgrade to a suite and that was super cool! It was fabulous and super spacious. All of the people are always so helpful and happy to help you. You can never go wrong with the Hilton Aruba it’s first class service and one of the private beach areas still around with out all the commercial Watersport businesses on the beach property. This Hilton is totally relaxing and beautiful!!

Construction was really loud the whole time. Paid for an ocean view and then it was behind the construction before the ocean. No hot tub.

Had another FANTASTIC vacation at the Hilton Aruba Resort. Even with the Aruba tower under renovation and construction of the new tower, we would not go anywhere else. The Hilton's staff make everyone feel special. The team at the beach including Maggie, Angie, Lica, Junior, Marcellino and Dann made each day an adventure. I Recommend the bike tour to the lighthouse. We had dinner at Laguna, and the food was very good plus the entertainment during dinner was a nice touch! Already booked our 13th trip and look forward to Tasha and Grace welcoming us back home at the front desk.

The collection of exotic birds is fascinating! Clean sandy beach is a treat; no broken shells to shock your feet on. Great spa employees and small but adequate gym. We really enjoyed our stay; your beds are fantastic! The food at your steakhouse is superb. However, the night stands in our room were in poor condition and we couldn't use any of those drawers. A couple opened, but they'd get jammed and stuck closed, so we avoided using these. The sliding door to the patio required a sumo wrestler to open and close. Our toilet had no flushing pressure and required a call to maintenance to get anything that wasn't liquid to flush down, so we used the lobby bathrooms for that. Housekeeping staff is fabulous and extremely friendly.

The location of this resort cannot be beat. Because it was an older construction, the design means that there is much more green space than other resorts. There are a number of smaller buildings instead of a large tower. The pools are small and crowded but nice. Beach is beautiful here and located on one of the best parts of Palm Beach. You can easily walk in to town to great restaurants, shopping and bars. The resort is undergoing an expansion but the construction was not bothersome and a good job was done to hide it as much as possible. The room was very small for a family and we were crowded most of the week (think cruise-ship small!). Small bathroom and extremely basic furnishings. The balcony was nice and had a pleasant view. Very little offerings for Diamond members. The breakfast was good but expensive. We will definitely come back but will opt for two rooms or a larger suite next time if not too expensive. For the price of the suites, there are more luxurious offerings on the island (Ritz and Hyatt) but the location of the Hilton is fantastic.
