Best staff on the island!!!

The concierge named Christian was amazing! So nice and helpful! The hotel was clean and within walking distance to 2 great beaches!

It is a very nice and clean hotel. But at the pool not enough umbrellas. And they don’t have a normal beach little space without chairs or umbrellas.

Great plqce to stay with the family

We enjoyed the pool, the sunset from our room, balcony, and free bikes to ride. The staff was also very nice. However, the service in the restaurant was a little slow and the food given during happy hour disappeared very quickly.

My first trip to Aruba was incredible, and it certainly won’t be my last. This year, I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites twice, with my first visit being in Puerto Rico. Embassy Suites is the finest hotel I’ve experienced. My room had a heavenly fantastic ocean and pool view. The hotel, which opened just last year, features a perfectly designed pool for lap swimming—ideal before heading to the amazing private beach. Located conveniently in the center of the island, the hotel offers easy access to public transportation. For those who enjoy a morning walk like I do, it’s just a 10-minute stroll to Eagle Beach. The inclusive breakfast is outstanding, with a stunning presentation and delicious dishes. I’d like to personally thank Quinoshca, who checked me in with a friendly and attentive demeanor. Kellen, the concierge, was incredibly helpful in arranging activities. Edwin Fulgencio, the best server in the restaurant, stood out with his friendly and efficient service. Ginoushka, the security guard, impressed me with her excellent skills and delightful personality. Nehroeniss was also very friendly and attentive. Janice, who provided poolside service, demonstrated remarkable patience, and Maria Arizana had a pleasant attitude. Jorge Sanabria ensured towels were always available with a friendly approach. David, who managed the beach chairs, was extremely helpful and friendly. Well done, Embassy Suites! I loved my room, 440, and will definitely return, requesting the same room. Cheers to all! A nice hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and the pillows were soft and didn’t get too flat too fast. The pool is excellent and the beach area is very clean and beautiful. The morning breakfast was bland and had no biscuits and gravy, but it was complimentary and decent enough. We tried the restaurant in the main lobby area and found that the food was adequate. The service was quite slow, despite the fact that there weren’t many guests that evening. Overall a fine value proposition for a fun four day stay in Aruba.
