It’s a great layout and very nice. It’s a noisy place. Family friends and well subscribed by families who make a lot of noise in the pool and on the balconies if you are looking for a sleep in. You won’t get it here. Staff are attentive, friendly and professional. The house sparkling is barely drinkable. The room service menu has a number of very interesting items you wouldn’t normally expect. Pan Asian dishes etc. the chicken burger and beef salad were great. The beef burger was horrendous. The beef burger comes contaminated with a jalapeño slaw that is as runny as it is sickening. My advice is order it without this hot sludge. Car parking is easy, short walk to the esplanade. Coffee here isn’t great so best to take a walk for it. Needs a painting some places. The king bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together. Very uncomfortable with a big gap between you

電子レンジのスチームで、腕の皮膚が剥けるほどの火傷をしました。部屋の冷蔵庫にある氷だけでは足りず、レセプション女性に、火傷を見せ、追加の氷をお願いしたら、ここには無い、と素っ気ない返事。外は大雨で、日曜日。お店も閉まっていて、助けてくれたのは、3件先のレストランの人達。雨ざらしの姿で、氷を分けて欲しいと、説明したら、傷を見せる様に言われ、手当てまでしてくれた。これで痛くなくなるよ、と言われた時は、涙が出るほど感謝しました。自己責任の怪我とは言え、ホテルの宿泊者に対する対応は、人間として如何なものかと、考えてさせられました。立地条件は最高ですが、本当に困った時は 助けて貰えないことを覚悟して、ご宿泊して下さい。私は絶対お勧めしません。

New Managers are working on gardens etc to improve the experience. We are regulars who enjoy the central location. Just park the car and walk everywhere. Room could do with a comfortable chair/lounge to complement the nice pool/spa complex

I hate writing bad reviews, but this one has to be said. The biggest problem with the property, is not the dated look, or the lack of basic amenities or how it looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 80s. Its the lack of staff, since they are only available between 8am-5pm, on weekdays, some hours on weekends.
I mean, its a hotel, what's wrong with them. You can check in late or check out early, thats fine. You need extra shampoo? Well, too bad, take a shower next day since the front desk is closed. Internet doesn't work? Well too bad, wait until tomorrow.
Further, they only give you 2 room towels and 2 beach towels (hotel is on a beach), and they then want to charge extra for more towels. FOR TOWELS!!
The overall look is extremely dated and it feels like a 2-star budget hotel.
I would HIGHLY recommend people to NOT stay here, its not worth it

Last minute decision to have a night away. Thankfully they had a 2 bedroom left. It was really nice. Clean . Comfortable. The beds are super comfy . Definitely be staying here again soon . The pool is beautiful. Staff super friendly. So glad we decided to go for a night away

Nice location, tiny kitchen and bug problems they said they were dealing with. Fine for a one night stay. Walkable which was good because parking was limited.

Please note that the shower is over the bath and the couch is low so it is not good for people with mobility issues. Accessibility is great and the staff were super helpful. Daily cleaning of the pool and surrounds was great and the spa is amazing.
