My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary weekend away! The grounds are beautiful with all of the trees providing privacy and a quiet oasis. We loved the heated pools and were surprised with a room upgrade, complimentary breakfast platter and bottle of wine with our stay. The outdoor kitchenette was a welcomed addition for those meals that we didn’t decide to take the short walk to the esplanade. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will be back and would highly recommend the spa rooms.

This a great place to stay for a longer visit to the area. Room was very spacious and well appointed. There is a binder in the unit that details everything you need to know about the property (laundry) and surrounding area. Having access to laundry on the property was fantastic and the machines did a great job ($9 AUD). The Beach is just around the corner from the property - amazing paths with access to shops, restaurants -- ideal vacation spot - so laid back. Palm Cove is a gem - less than an hour to Port Douglas and the drive is so beautiful, yet very windy roads. Highly recommend Palm Cove area.

The Reef Retreat was perfect for the few nights we were is Cairns. The pool and A/C made the heat a little more bearable and Jim was always available to assist with cabs/transport bookings and offer advice.
50m from the beach and the esplanade, which leads in both directions to a variety of excellent shops, bars and eateries.

Unbelievable experience at this boutique 5 star adult only property. So special in so many ways. From Cedric at concierge to all the amazing staff. From cocktail making classes, wine appreciate and the best breakfast in town you may never want to leave the resort. Honestly if you’re going to Palm Cove this is the only place to stay!!! Afternoon free cocktails and sorbet to mingle with other guests makes you feel at home. The honesty bar is truely an adults only touch. We have travelled the world but this little piece of paradise caught us by surprise. A little bit of white lotus Netflix series right here in Australia.

Súper bien el apartamento súperior que habíamos reservado. Súper limpísimo!cocina equipadisima. Incluso dejaron leche y café. Son súper amables nos ayudaron lavandería y con el dinero del bus. El mejor hotel de Australia en cuanto a limpieza y amabilidad !!! Ubicación muy buena
